“I received fantastic service from the knowledgeable technician at Bad Apple in Orem! I needed data transferred from a damaged phone to a new phone. The technician went out of his way to be kind and helpful. My new phone was ready to go within a couple of hours. I am so grateful! I highly recommend this store.”
“Jesus went above and beyond helping me in a way I'll always remember. I walked into the store about 5 minutes before close, aware I was probably disrupting the employees' evening plans. My phone had a battery issue and it died completely beforehand. I had no idea where I was going, but happened to see the sign for the store while driving home, so I decided to stop to see if they could help me. They took the time to help get a repair scheduled for my phone, and also helped me purchase a prepaid phone to help me get by until I could get my phone fixed. Jesus left no stone unturned when trying to help me. They could have easily just asked me to come back the next day, but they took the time to help me, and without them I would've been a lot worse off, but thanks to their kindness and helpfulness, I was able to walk out of that store with a smile, knowing I got the help I needed. Thank you!!”
“We had an outstanding experience with Matthew today while upgrading two phones for my wife and our 13-year-old son. My son was having a hard time letting go of his old phone, and Matthew was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process. He took the time to build a great rapport with him, which made what could have been a stressful experience much easier for our family.
