“I had an incredible experience at this Verizon store thanks to Nicolli, the store manager. She went above and beyond to help resolve a long-standing issue with our account. Nicolli was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Instead of rushing us, she took the time to dig deep into our account history and actually found a past promotion that should have been applied to our plan. She successfully corrected the error and saved us a significant amount of money. It is rare to find this level of dedication and care in customer service. If you need assistance, I highly recommend asking for Nicolli. She is a fantastic manager who truly looks out for her customers!”

“Needed help with an iPhone and Apple Watch. Went to a neighboring AT&T store and they were unable to help us. Told us to call AT&T. When we called they were already closed for the day. Decided to try the store in Lehi. Didn’t realize we were there minutes before closing. Jonah went above and beyond and had us taken care of in no time. We were so grateful for his customer service and knowledge. We didn’t feel rushed or like an inconvenience. We didn’t realize they were about to close until we asked him. .”
