I just dropped by Napa in Orem today around noon to get a much needed new window wiper while it was raining and cold. I did a online pick up order . Everything was correct. The gentlemen behind the counter was nice. I have a broken foot and was using crutches. He offered to take the product out to my car for me. He put it in the back seat and then opened the front door for me. Very helpful. Went above and beyond what I would expect.
