“If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I'm new to this area and lost my good connections to a trustworthy shop. A few months ago, I had a check engine light come on. It was throwing a code for my catalytic converter, so I parked my car for a few months to do the daunting tasked to save money for such a big repair job. I had to put a new battery in which I did myself. The check engine light went out, so I decided to drive it around to see if it will turn on. I turned off the freewa, and my brake caliper was stuck, so I limped it over to the nearest shop. They said they would look at it. One gentleman I didn't catch his name said I needed all new rotors and pads. He also did they could service the caliper so I wouldn't need to buy new ones . They checked my catalytic converter, and it turned out to be working fine! The gentleman told me he didn't want to just go spending customer money when they didn't need to. He was awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable . I'm glad I accidentally bumped into this shop because they will have my business from now on.”

“I took my truck in to be looked at for a steering problem that I thought they were going to be able to fix. During some discussion and talking about what the problem might be, the staff suggested they take it for a spin, look it over and give me the best suggestion for fixing it. They were honest, upfront and clear with their suggestions for the repairs.Unfortunately for them, those parts had been replaced a few months prior and were still under warranty. I wasn’t able to utilize them for the repair, but want to give a huge shout out to their customer service, professional conduct and honesty in my dealings with them. I would definitely come to them for any off-road upgrades or repairs just based on this experience.”

“I expected this to be a 1-2 star review. I feel bad even having that attitude and I’m so glad it isn’t the case. The buying experience was smooth, but fast forward 6 months after a few visits for recall updates and regular maintenance. There was a mishap during one of my visits, Orem Mazda’s service team was so quick to fix their mistake, communicate through everything (this is HUGE) and get me back on the road so quick. They made my car a priority and made things right. We’re all human, but how you correct a situation says A LOT about you as a company!”

“Today my sister , kids and I were traveling on the freeway and kept hearing something knocking under her van. We discovered the tire holder for the spare tire had dropped down. We had no tools in the van. We stopped at Sorensen Auto body and asked them if we could use a wrench. I feel bad for not asking his name but one of the gentleman in the office came out, seen the issue went back in, came out with the wrench and fixed the issue. So kind and thoughtful. He even gave me his wrench to take with just incase…. Kind thoughtful and willing to help without a second thought. So incredibly thankful for his kindness and willingness to help us out!!! “I only write reviews when I am blown away by amazing customer service, I needed to know if my battery was shot or if it just needed to be recharged so to make a long story short an employee there named Andy he could be the owner. He he saw my situation and decided to help me out find me taking a used battery for the night while the one I took there is charging overnight so I was able to make it to work on time. While I was there tons of customers coming in and you could tell they had been there before. Hey gave me 100% of his attention and let me know I was there first and he was going to take care of me. It's a long story how I ended up at the store in the first place I never thought I would ever go to Interstate All Battery Center. But one thing is for sure I will definitely be coming back whenever I have battery issues or even just to look at all their cool rechargeable batteries and flashlights really it's just an amazing store. I hope people read this and decide to go there because I can promise you you're not going to find better customer service five stars!!!!!! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐”

They looked out the window at it and said it would never be the same and they wouldn't fix it.After settling with the insurance and getting my car back from their auction yard, I took it to Lavoiture Auto. They were up to the task and charged a very reasonable price. I was overjoyed at the results. It's like the accident never happened. My car looks beautiful and the doors open and close again! “These guys are amazing!! I would give them 10 stars if I could. As a broke college student with a beat up car, I have spent my fair share of time working on my own car and then handing it over to mechanics when I can't seem to figure it out. Jonathan is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. Took me in, was great at communicating over text any updates he had. I had recently replaced my fuel pump with a part from rock auto that was throwing a lean condition code. After diagnosing it for a couple of days, Jonathan tried the fuel pump, found out that was the culprit, went and bought one from O'Reilly's for around $500 and let me know the total cost. After explaining everything he had done, he explained that if I wanted to order the part myself from a less-expensive dealer he would assist me in replacing the pump when it came in and only charge me the cost for time spent diagnosing the problem. Once the part came I went back and he was 110% true to his word and extremely helpful! I can't express my gratitude enough for this shop and Jonathan for being straight-up about what car repairs should cost and for showing care for their customers. I will forever be coming back to this place for any repair I have if Jonathan is still around!01/18/24 UPDATE - I went back to these guys for a faulty power window and Jonathan took my car inside, lightly hit my door with his fist and magically the window started rolling up again. He was so happy to do it even though he was staying later in the evening. Can't recommend these guys enough!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic”
