Orem Family Pharmacy is a favorite local pharmacy, known for its awesome and friendly service where everyone knows your name and remembers your needs. It is hands down the best for customer service, with very friendly, congenial, helpful, kind, patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable staff. They are always super fast, with great turnaround times, and always have everything in stock. As a non-national chain, they offer much better and more personal care than big box or commercial chain pharmacies. The pharmacy also features a gift shop with wonderful selections to browse. It is a welcoming place for all, including LGBTQ families, and many have had consistently great experiences for over a decade.

The prescriptions for my dad were ready when I got there, and I’m talking minutes because his clinic is only a few blocks away. They had already looked up his insurance etc. Very impressed, great service.

Nice family pharmacy and small drug store and boutique. Helpful and friendly staff. Even has a drive up. Seemed to have a continual flow of customers.
