“Each time I've had a prescription through them they've had excellent, friendly, kind, patient, & accommodating service.
I really appreciate Jesse (sp?) the pharmacist, for helping to advocate for me by discussing why I felt troches (which were so tiny- I'm surprised) were the right route to take when first trying LDN/ULDN for pain management due to my sensitivity to medications bc I'd be able to split it vs using capsules. If I couldn't handle the capsules, I would have not only been out the money, but also potentially very sick. It was refreshing to finally feel like I was heard, and that someone was advocating for me as much as I was attempting to advocate for myself. Thank you, Orem Family Pharmacy!

“I go prepay once in a while just so the person who is inside that tiny building doesn't go stir crazy. You can get most popular travel snacks, and it's easier to stop there for an energy drink than running into the store sometimes.”
“It’s a good local pharmacy that serves our Orem community very well. I was referred here by my gastroenterologist for specialty medications that my other usual pharmacy did not have & long since I’ve been coming here for all my pills. They do have these uncommon & specialty pills, but they always have to be ordered a day later. They do close for 30 minutes at 1:30 which sometimes messes with my schedule, but I understand. They’re not as quick to fill pills once the doctor sends them over, it takes sometimes 2 to 3 hours instead of 15 to 20 minutes like other pharmacies, but it’s because they serve so many people in Orem. The pharmacists Justin, Gordon (aka Keanu Reeves), Trevor, & the lady from Serbia have all done so much for me, especially Justin, spending so much time on the phone with insurance getting the runaround, but in the end he always gets me my pills covered. The website is really nice, it shows you all your RX history, refill schedule & count, & you can submit refills online & automatically on the phone. If you need help on the phone you will have to hold for a little while. Drive thru & in store pickup are mostly quick. The texting system is nice. The website tells you the names of the pills & price once they are ready.”

“Beautiful floral shop and the store is just laid out in the smooth way and looks more like a harmons in the shopping experience then a Smith's usually looks. The smaller Smith's in Pleasant Grove for instance. Super nice store prefer shopping here.”
“Great customer services! I needed help finding a product so I asked an employee who was stalking product. The employee politely explained that he did not know if they carried the product I needed, so he went to go ask his manager about it. They did not have the product but the employee was very apologetic and respectful.”
“Good stuff here at the fuel center. I'm gonna be completely honest, I have never gassed up here at all and I haven't driven a car in MONTHS. But every time I bike through I notice the same thing, this fuel center is well taken care of! Clean place, and well lit especially at night. If I ever find myself back in Utah after my missionary service is over, maybe I'll go here... just maybe..”
“I went into the Walmart in Orem , sick son very very sick..I had a sinus infection .I've been out of work but found a website that would prescribe me antibiotic..After 7 days of suffering.I was given my meds , and I asked to speak to the pharmacist because I was suffering so bad..I wanted to ask if there was anything else I could do..
Well , the pharmacist was the great man ,Praktik . I failed to get last names .
Let me tell you what Praktik did..He didn't just rush me off , tell me take two Aspirin , or act rude..We all know how busy they can get , and having to deal with a not so polite public. No , he inquired about my immunizations , and got on the computer and could see that I needed 3 shots , I was way behind. He answered every question I had calmly and politely and it meant alot to me.
Now im not done. So I go into the room to get my shots , and in walks this gorgeous pharmacy tech named Kenzie .Big beautiful smile , sweet and kind..I asked her questions ,which she gladly answered , and for good measure she went and got Praktik to verify. I was just so sick.
Overnight , overnight , I got better , The infection started retreating . And I know im on my way to recovery. Thank you Praktik and Kenzie.”
