It’s awesome like Cheers because everyone knows your name and remember what your needs are. No big box pharmacy can touch that fact. Because they are not a national chain your prescription is always super fast! A lesser known fact is that Emily is the hottest thing in the entire drug industry and reason enough to go there! I promise that you won’t find a finer local pharmacy!!

I experienced a very negative situation at this pharmacy today. My physician who I owe tremendously for fixing my life with his patience and diligence in helping me to become an active member of society again. After a complete knee surgery that left me crippled and impaired for the rest of my life, I live daily experiencing extreme pain on a continual basis. I called to verify if they had a medication I needed as I would be running out in 1 day. Keep in mind I had contacted 13 to 14 pharmacies in search of this medication as there is a shortage of it. Orem Family Pharmacy did have it in stock and relieved I called my provider to call the script in for me. Upon getting there to pick up my script I was informed that they would not give me this medication due to the provider who had ordered it for me. I was given no explanation except that they would not make an exception and was sent on my way. I found this treatment to be very demeaning to both me and my Dr. I have never been told by any other pharmacy of a problem filling scripts from this Dr. and frankly was a bit taken aback. If this provider was really doing something wrong wouldn't other pharmacies be aware of it and also refuse to do business with this Physician? I personally believe this Dr. is amazing. He has given me the opportunity to have a life again and not just lay in a bed all day wasting away. I will boycott Orem Family Pharmacy and never fill anything there again. I truly think they should do their due diligence when it comes to banning a provider from helping his patient. Sincerely, Tracey Brandt

Hands down best customer service. The gift shop has wonderful selections to browse while you wait. Much better than the commercial chain pharmacy's.

This is by far my favorite pharmacy to go to and I've been through a lot of different pharmacies but these guys always have everything that you need to get filled in stock there are always super fast to get a taken care of and they're very friendly have great service and great times turnaround times might go to pharmacy for sure

If I could give six stars, I would. Orem Family Pharmacy has been serving my family for over a decade, since we moved to the area. When we first began using them, they quickly came to remember who we were and our names. They are always kind, patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable - even for some of our more complicated prescription needs. I've literally never had a bad experience here.
