I lived there for a little over 4 years and never had an issue with management or the facilities. As long as you pay your rent on time, don't destroy the place, and stick to the contract you'll love it. It's also the cheapest place near UVU by far for what you get.

In my years with Ventana Student housing I can confidently say I have been taken care of and treated with the upmost respect from all those that have worked in the office. Specifically Jill and Matt. Those two have been huge blessings to the location and I am living confidently with them around
