The management team is generally kind and quick to respond to residents’ needs. They work diligently to address maintenance issues, often resolving them within a few days, and sometimes fixing additional problems without being asked. However, some residents have experienced delays with maintenance work, with some work orders taking several months to complete. Water pressure and temperature can vary significantly because the complex uses one large water heater for all units, and frequent maintenance can cause regular water shut-offs. Residents appreciate the ample storage space in the units and the friendly, helpful office staff. Nonetheless, there have been some challenges, including parking difficulties and confusion over fees and appliances. Parking can be tricky, with some residents needing to purchase parking passes to avoid tickets.
