Hate Wells Fargo. Horrible costumer service. This specific branch an employee locked the door as I was walking in because it was 12 and she wouldn’t open the door. I just needed to pull out some cash and the lady was pretty rude. I understand they close at 12, but the whole encounter was just disappointing. They also changed my account type without me knowing and I was on a call with them for an hour trying to figure out why. They have hidden fees. They don’t have any good cashback cards. I’ve been with them 15 years too long and will be closing my accounts.

Hello Orem Wells Fargo, I've always have been treated with respect and care in this facility, but today, a girl named Abigail was rude, with really bad attitude, for something so stupid, and then, I don't know about the Manager, but he also came after me as if I was the worst of criminals, I've been visiting the facility at Lindon, and they've been wonderful, just for you guys to take this on consideration

My elderly parents were defrauded by someone who spoofed the bank's phone number. The bank filed an inquiry but refused to return the funds despite FDIC insurance guarantees. My parents lost $9,000 but the bank didn't care. I'm switching because I won't pay the banks new fees and because an institution that is so frequently fraudulent will eventually close. The bank has been reported to the FDIC.

They were very helpful in assisting me with a fraud case. I think it was Hailey who helped me? Sorry if I got the name wrong. She was very understanding and sympathetic, and really took the time to go to bat for me despite the somewhat hopeless nature of my situation. I don't know what the outcome of the dispute will be, but I definitely felt like she was doing everything she could to help. I really appreciate the genuine concern and professionalism she showed.

Came in to deposit cash. There were 4 employees with another helping someone at the desk. The 4 employees continued to talk amongst themselves when they clearly saw me come through the door waiting in line. It finally took the manager to come out and tell one of them to help me. The employee that came to help me seemed annoyed and responded to the manager, saying we know we know which shows me the lack of respect they have for their upper management and for the customers. Terrible service at this location!

There is no walking ATM. You have, or come in car or make the line to make simple transactions. The day is beautiful for a 20mins walk, why I have to take my car out to use the ATM???

I’ve had amazing experiences at this branch. Aurora is one of the best bankers I’ve ever worked with. Their branch manager is also extremely friendly and helpful. Awesome WF location!

Wost customer service. My first name was impossible to pronounce or spell for the so they hung up. It's Victoria queens have been named Victoria how hard could it be to say.
