I’ve had amazing experiences at this branch. Aurora is one of the best bankers I’ve ever worked with. Their branch manager is also extremely friendly and helpful. Awesome WF location!

I make regular deposits multiple times a week. Wait times are getting ridiculous, 20 minutes+. Tellers are nice, just hire more.They should probably hire a manager there as well. Apparently they have one named Jordan, but I’ve never seen him. Even when there’s a line of eight people out to the door.
