Jeff, in the Orem, Utah store will lie to your face and smile. Went in to check about the $40 plus increase per month for 2024 and the $40 plus increase per month in 2023. Jeff, the customer service representative said that wasn't true. He said the increase was only $8 from last year! Then I pulled out the bills and he could not change the subject fast enough, accusing me of talking about increasing in 2002 and 2003. where do they get these guys. Bottom line he would not do anything for me! Slight $10 reduction a month. Imagine a company that bills loyal older customers much more than newer customer? How do they stay in business with that business model and such disregard and disrespect for the customer. Starting to check out options-Google and DirectTV SOUND like significant savings!

If I could leave less than one I would. Overall as a company, their business practices towards their customers are ridiculous lied to about services called to cancel services with told was canceled. Two weeks later found out it wasn’t canceled now having to pay additional services.

Your services suck. I Constantly have to reset my router just to be able to watch a YouTube video. The second I can change my services I will. Over price garbage.

They increase your bill without warning, hit you with constant extra charges despite complete bill payoff, and never let you get in touch with anyone at the office. Would not recommend.

Jayden helped us get wifi for our new house. He was super quick, only took about 10-15 min. He was really helpful and not pushy at all to sell us other things but did let us know of other ways we can save or other services they offer.

DO NOT BUY FROM XFINITY. IT IS THE BIGGEST SCAM. We have a remote job and have almost lost everything because of how many times we have lost Internet at our home. 3 times in the PAST WEEK. Several times in the past few months. Do not buy their lies and scams

I was working with Kendall on upgrading two phones on my account. He was fantastic and I definitely recommend going in store to try and handle issues instead of over the phone. Xfinity online and phone support is hit and miss, mostly miss. Apparently the xfinity review requests they send are set in stone, so if you fat finger a 0 instead of a 10 it can’t be changed ?♂️

I am torn on this review. I spent all day on the phone and at the store today, from 1-7:45. Will was my customer service representative in store. He was fantastic. If you need help, he is top-notch. Unfortunately for me, the assistant manager Andrea was a total disaster. She should not be managing anybody and really shouldn't be in sales or retail. She did all she could to avoid me. Then, when I asked for a contact for the actual store manager, she got real dodgy. It was a nightmare. If you have the option to avoid xfinity, do it!!!

We decided to switch our mobile phones away from Verizon and over to Xfinity Mobile, so we took all our phones in and met with Will Kennedy. Will was very professional, very thorough, and just did such a great job for us that I didn’t really mind dropping about $1,200 for a couple of new phones and then getting all our other phones switched over. Thanks so much, Will! Really appreciate the attention you gave us.

After having been with comcast for years, I was glad to finally have another option in my area. I would not go with comcast if you have any other options. The speeds are slow, the price too much, and the customer service lacking.

Wish I could leave a zero star review.Though he was quite friendly, our customer service rep at the store deactivated our account before he unlocked our phones, which left me without a phone for 5 days trying to run two businesses. I'm grateful the guys at the AT&T store took great care of us and got me a loaner phone, otherwise I would have been seriously screwed over by their incompetence.We've had bad service, poor coverage, and steadily climbing bills for our internet and our mobile services for years.These guys don't even have the proper support staff to take care of issues that arise with your phone service on the weekend. Unfortunately , that is when almost all humans have time to take care of such issues.This is a dying Titan of a company. They've got no customer service, and I mean no customer service. Even their chat bots suck. You can't ever talk to a human being unless you walk into a store. Yet, they have too few stores to take care of their customers. Nobody likes driving an hour round trip to get a simple question answered about their phone. Sorry guys. You really suck.They don't even care enough to respond to their reviews anymore.Go anywhere else. This isn't going to be a good experience for you.

The worst service out in the market at the moment... you're better off being with out WiFi then pay these guys 10% of your paycheck like the Mormon church, only for them to give you shit service! Jesus Christ, T-Mobiles WiFi service is better then this train wreck for a company

Easy to get on and out to make a payment at the kiosk bit of you need help from a person the wait is ridiculous when they're isn't a lot of people and there are employees all over but no help. It's easier to go online and chat
