I've only been in Orem about 15 months now and never had a reason to go to my local branch. However, when trying to sort out some fraud issues my online banking account was blocked. I had to go to the bank to get it resolved. The person I spoke to was a floater, meaning he moved between branches, and he assured me that he would investigate and contact me when he had information. Several weeks went by and I didn't hear from him, so I went back to the bank and he had completely forgot. Urgh! I use a walker and don't have a car so getting to the bank is not easy. If you have to deal in person with the bank, make sure it's not the guy who floats.

Went in to cash a United States Savings Bond and was told that there was no personnel that could handle that. They asked me if I had another bank I could go to, to cash it. I have never had a bank tell me to go to another bank before because the bank personnel didn’t know how to cash a bond. I will be finding another banking company to do business with.

Not sure all the hate comes from on all these reviews. I’ve used Zions for over 30 years now and have several dozen accounts. Love them… Their customer service, and private banking in particular is the next best thing to sliced bread.

Excellent customer service. Came in 30 minutes to close with 50 separate check deposits. And Jack even stayed after hours helping me deposit everything. Thank you so very much Jack.

I tried to call to get a simple question answered. I was told that this branch was forwarding all of their calls and would call back in an hour. It's been a week. Don't bank here if you want answers.

Horrible horrible service... I avoid going into this branch... They are not very helpful... They aren't even train properly... The associates had to get up multiple times to ask one of the managers guidance since she didn't even know how to retrieve information from my account.. something that should of taken no more than 15 min took over and hour, and after she keep giving my little nephew dirty looks.. At this point we were both fed up..

DO NOT BANK HERE! They do not have a policy to prevent elderly fraud. My parents were just frauded out of a significant amount of money -- all Zions needed to do was to call ANY of the other three people listed on the account to verify if my dad had been to China. They felt it was suspicious but took minimal action to help an 86 year old man who lives in an assisted care center. They only needed to stop and make one call!!

I had a problem trying to figure out a ASL. I called the Orem location and got the sweetest lady that helped me. She knew just what I needed and asked if she could help me with anything else.I am very pleased.

Been banking here for years. Always have had lots of money in my accounts. They will not help you out if you get into the occasional tough spot. Go to AFCU!

I ran into some hiccups trying to close my account with them and got pretty frustrated with an employee in the process . DESPITE my frustration, a manager of this branch remained very professional and cooperative the entire time and assisted me in a timely manner in fixing the issues that arose. This experience restored a lot of my confidence in Zions overall and this specific branch.
