Zions Bank Orem provides excellent customer service, with many customers very pleased over decades of use. The private banking service is particularly loved. Staff are noted for being sweet, helpful, and knowing just what customers need, even assisting with complex transactions like multiple deposits after hours. Managers remain very professional and cooperative in resolving problems, restoring customer confidence. The branch is commended for handling issues in a timely manner.
I have been so grateful for this location's support as I needed help with a deposit after their hours and they opened their doors. Great experience at Zions Bank in person today. The teller was Emma and she was so cheerful and upbeat and so efficient. Reminded me of what great customer service is.
