Place looks abandoned. Most spots are covered with thorns and weeds. Trees at spots are overgrown so you can't pull in. Trees/shrubs over grown at office.

Great location, nice clean and friendly. Easy access to dinner across the street provided.

It is old and rundown. It was a KOA at one time and has never been updated since. There was a bunch of miscellaneous vehicles around. There is a junk trailer house on the property. Bathrooms were marginal. Not very clean. They did have running water. No office. Cheap to stay because of the condition of the park

A little rundown and looks abandoned from the street. Bathrooms needs a huge remodeling but campsites were nice. I liked the gravel pits for the tentsites. Definitely needed some tlc but not bad of a place to stay if you don't mind the rusted, broken down cars along the perimeter

It's ok for a stop over or for those who don't plan to spend a lot of time in the park. It's lacking in the upkeep.

We stopped here on our travels. This is a campground that nobody cares about, it's dirty and overgrown. Nothing is maintained. Self serve, and sketchy. If I were not sick, I'd find another place. It's cheap, but you get what you pay for. Gross

Best and bi-annual RV Park for us. We've stopped there on our travels routinely.Highly recommended

If you plan to visit Panguitch, Utah, do not stay at this RV park unless you have test equipment to check that the electricity works in the self-service site you've chosen. Also, be prepared to find a different rental fee posted on the door than on the website or quoted during a telephone conversation with the manager. That's what happened when we stayed there in June 2022.

Old park that has had zero maintenance. No one in the office. Self serv check in. It's cheaper than anywhere else around. Road noise can keep you awake. A one night stop is enough.

This is a very basic RV Park. Quite outdated but clean. It is my go-to park when I want to be out of the high price Brice canyon area. It's self service, the hookups have always worked properly every time I have visited. I enjoy the extreme quiet in the park. I don't know their formal rules, but this seems more of an adult grown up Park. Not a lot of noisy kids running around and also not any campfires as I don't see any fire rings. Basically, gravel lot with nicely divided sites. Come for the quiet and the good price and you'll be happy! If you need playgrounds swimming pools campfires, etc you may choose to look elsewhere.

We spent a couple of nights. FHU just $30. All gravel drive thru sites. Self serve pay at the front building. Nice views in rural America. Nice place for this country couple and dogs. Cabins available also.

Very cheap prices and they have what you need, but it's a very run down place. They have a RV dump and water, so that's a good stop for travelers. We've spent a couple of nights there before and it was fine. It's pretty much a self serve place.

Lol, don't believes your eyes. Pictures are from days (years) gone bye. Could be really nice if they would put $$$ into it. Falling apart. Maybe good for the night if you had to. The owner says to drop or slide your payment under the door. Cash or check only.

Spent 2 1/2 weeks at Paradise RV Park in Panguitch, Utah @ $134.04 per week including taxes. Every gravel RV site is a pull through with FHU (water at 40 PSI and electric at 117 volts) and mostly level. There is no host or owner on site, thus the honor system is used. I received 30 OTA TV channels. Satellite owners should have no issues, as the trees within the park are not that tall. This park Wi-Fi is typical. Stronger during the day and weaker at night. 11 tenting sites are within the interior of the park which do not have water or electric. This is an older park which, in it’s day, was a very nice park. However, the owners are letting it fall apart. There are abandoned vehicles within the park, several broken down/abandon RV’s within the park, tall weeds at the outer edges, feral cats within the park and the grass/weeds haven’t been mowed in many weeks. Several sites are closed due to repair issues. Each site is advertised as 30 X 70, but I have my doubts. The laundry has half of the machines “out-of-order”.Zion Natl. Park is 1 hour away and Bryce Natl. Park is 30 minutes away. The views of the mountains are fantastic.
