Old but clean and close to Bryce Canyon a bit out of the way to Zion

They offer breakfast. Waffles were good. Eggs were a little weird. Nice location to Bryce national park. The floor was a little old and makes noise.

It was clean but pretty basic. Fridge, micro, shower. King bed that was not the worst but not luxurious. We are in the off season so not sure that matters; the hotel looks like it has seen better days. Plants held up with caution tape or in plastic buckets, areas roped off with old furniture and bed sheets. The esthetics really need improving. No meat in the breakfast, no milk for the cereal. Just cereal, oranges, yogurt, waffle, and pre-mix eggs. Plus the motel is clearly empty in the off season but we were given a room that was upstairs and difficult to get to instead of one right by the access point. The staff/owner was doing their own laundry so we had to wait to use it (the drier door locks so they couldn't do anything about it but still). We couldn't find them initially when we needed to exchange coins to use it. Overall they were friendly though. So ya, nothing very bad or wrong with this hotel but substandard for a Quality Inn and felt like you were in their home not a hotel.

The front desk worker was so kind and accommodating. It was cheaper to book online than in person so I booked a non refundable room. After booking he realized I booked for the next day and switched it for the same price. We were one of two rooms staying that night and he offered to bring breakfast to our room since he wouldn’t be setting the breakfast bar up. He was extremely helpful, and I would highly recommend this hotel due to the service provided.

I only stayed for one night but the rooms were nice. Thank you for a clean and comfortable stay. Beautiful views.

I stay at this hotel about once a year while passing through, I've always liked it. On my last stay Nov 2023, my son left his wallet and the the manager called me but I was already 150 miles away. He offered to ship it and it arrived a few days later. I would say he went above and beyond. Great hotel and awesome service.

I have driven past thos hotel several times over the years, always admiring the western theme they have going on.I am not sure if their restaurant/saloon is seasonal or closed in general. It wasn't open and didn't look like it was going to be when we were there. The rooms are old with creaky floors but very budget friendly and clean.

Location was great. Rooms were fine. The toilet flush was not working and they did not fix on complaint. Breakfast was ok. Price for the location. Not very helpful owners. I lost something in there and they said it is not there even without checking.

Clean, warm and comfortable room - couldn’t fault it. The waffles from the wafflemaker at breakfast were delicious and the owner kept everything shipshape, continually cleaning and tidying. Some of the decorative touches in the room (like the mirrors) were lovely.

A less expensive alternative to Ruby's and very accessible to Bryce Canyon NP. Nothing fancy, but comfortable for a couple of nights. Free breakfast is a plus. Near the town of Panguitch which has some decent restaurants for lunch or dinner.

I was slightly concerned with the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Very clean. Friendly staff. The bed was comfortable. Microwave and fridge in room. Only had a shower, no tub. The hot breakfast was free and good. Only 20 minutes from Bryce Canyon but only 1/4 the cost of staying in Bryce.

It's kind of a weird themed hotel and I wouldn't say it is luxury accommodations. With that being said, it was fine for one night. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were flat so if you're old like me, you'll be in pain for sure. One word of warning: Panguitch is a tiny town and there is really nothing to do here nor is there a lot of food options, grocery stores, or gas stations.
