“My two kids and I were stuck off a dirt road in the middle of nowhere with a broken down Mazda. I called Bobcat towing and gave him the best directions I could. Luckily he was able to find us despite my awful directions. The driver showed up in about a half hour and got us out. “Charlie rescued me big time tonight out in the forest roads near Bryce Canyon NP. It was dark, 10 degrees outside (-9 with the 20mph+ windchill), and he came right away. Pulled me out of a 3ft+ erosion ditch hidden by a snowbank and then led me all the way out of the backroads to safety. Communicated well, showed up exactly when he said he would, and made quick work of what could’ve been an ugly situation.”
“Traveling to all the parks in Utah. When brakes went bad. Got up early went to shop and Mike got us in immediately. He and his tech got my son and I back on the road within in hour. Fair price for brakes. Thank you for letting us enjoy the rest of the trip.”
