“I stopped by today for help with an issue on an unknown kitchen faucet. Barbara and Rob spent a half hour to help me identify the faucet and parts needed. Parts were cheap, but difficult to identify. They treated the problem like it was a puzzle to solve and they sure came through. The customer service was amazing and I will absolutely be visiting again for bigger projects.”
