They saved me when I was in a pinch! Got a formal blue shirt an occasion, and at a great price. The staff were very helpful with their fashion selection and even steamed my wool suit (which was not J Crew). Fantastic customer service, especially given that it’s a large retailer, as opposed to a local boutique.

I visited the store today looking for pants to match a sports coat. The customer service I received from Linda was expert and exceptional. I showed her a picture of the jacket and she made the shopping experience so pleasant, and I received a first hand styling education while at it!
