“I came in on Christmas Day and had an amazing time shopping with James. I didn’t go home with anything that day, but the service was exceptional so I returned the next day to buy something specifically from the store. I came to Utah in hopes of finding a fur coat I loved and looked at every store. The service James provided was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, not at all pushy. I would recommend everyone come to stop in as they have the best selection and luxury finishings as well as the best service. Thanks, James!”

My husband was a first time hat-buyer and they helped him decide on sizing, and reassured him that he wouldn’t need to wear it on the plane home which was his biggest concern (foldable and packable!). “Stio is fantastic! Their clothes are 10/10 and holy cow their customer service is wonderful. I ordered some things online that I had to return and the people at the Park City store were possibly the nicest people ever. They were super understanding and gave me tons of helpful information. I wandered around a bit and overheard them talking with other customers and they were so eager to help people--with their shopping but also just with general outdoor Utah questions. My only issue is that their clothes seem to run a bit big and I would REALLY appreciate if they sold items in 00 or xxs. I want to buy more things! They just don't fit. if they could change that, MY life would be changed. Amazing store and products. I hope they continue to grow!”

“I was in the area and went in to pick up some things to garden in my greenhouse for the winter. A lot of clothes strung about the store so I took one star off. Maybe they were understaffed and couldn't tidy up after the customers. The staff was thoughtful and friendly. I couldn't say enough good things about them. Found some shirts and jeans that will do the trick for a steal. Great prices here and customer service oriented made my shopping a nice experience a few days ago.”
“There are a whole lot of socks here for every state of mind. They ain't cheap, but this is in Park City. Socks from one end of the spectrum to the other. Childrens, adult novelty, cartoons, to sports teams and more.”

We Norwegians. I am so happy I came across the store when I was shopping in Park city, Utah. The customer service was top-notch and many thanks to the sales associate, Ailin. Definitely a place to browse stop by, feel and touch the quality clothing and try on clothing as sizes can run on the slimmer side. I will continue shopping this brand online as I love their extra fine merino wool base layers, dresses and tees. It’s truly beautiful quality!”

“Gorsuch is hands down the best ski and mountain fashion retailer in the US and their PC outpost doesn’t disappoint although sadly no cafe like in Vail and Aspen. The best thing about them is the selection — the brands and lines within brands are very thoughtfully “curated”. They are squarely in the super premium segment so it’s not a place for bargains — they basically charge retail prices with few sale items. The point is to see, feel and try things versus getting them online. They also have a few exclusives which is fun. Service is professional and not intrusive.”
“So happy I returned here today while on vacation to Park City. Great spot for gifts and their candies are outstanding. The staff is first class and the customer service was great AGAIN! My first visit was Nov ‘24. I was so pleased w my purchases in ‘24 (candle, jewelry for my wife and a ceramic coffee mug I had to come back. A stop in at Indigo is well worth it!”

“I recently went into Brooks Brothers outlet in Park City and was trying to figure out shirt options for my upcoming wedding. I was able to find the right shirt and the store manager, Jose, let me know the sale happening in the store was buy 3 or more and receive 30% off. We figured out all the shirt sizes weren’t available in the store so Jose was kind enough to offer to receive all sizes from the groomsmen and order online. It was a huge relief and so generous of Jose to offer and also include to ship the shirts directly to our home. My experience at Brooks Brothers with Jose was above my expectations. Thank you Jose!”
“Hey, I visited briefly while I was in town in March! Everyone was super nice! And they had really cute Souvenirs and merch.Today today is my birthday! I saw this really cute moose a while back! It was kind of flat and had one big eye and one little eye and a square nose! I thought it was so cute and ugly at the same time I wanted it so bad!I drove an entire hour from herriman to get here to get it for my birthday because on the website the houses said It was open but when I got here it’s 1125 and no one’s here and the store is closed.I am actually so sad. Cute store but the hours are not accurate at all.”
“I highly recommend shopping at the Park CityPollo store because of the expert customer service skills of the Manager. I have been shopping the Pollo store for over twenty years. I found in recent years this Pollo store manager was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the store and store inventory. Each and every time I have entered the Pollo store the manager has recognized me and greeted me with a smile. She then asked me if she could help me in any way. On one occasion while shopping there I was looking for my size so that I could purchase a skirt and top outfit. I could not find my size. I asked the store manager if she could help me. The manager was very friendly and she went to work searching through inventory in the back. She returned to me and she told me she had not found my size. The manager then looked at the mannequin and found my size. She went the extra mile for me, and she changed the mannequin so that I could have the size that I needed. I felt she was extremely attentive to me and my desire to purchase the outfit. Because of the store manager I was able to wear the Pollo outfit at an event. I was able to advertise my Pollo outfit as my friends and family asked where I purchased it. The Pollo store manager is the best store manager I have interacted with. I have appreciated shopping at the store because of her highly effective application of customer service skills.”

“Recently ago, I ordered a dress and it came quickly and exactly what I expected. I really loved the style and fabric. However, the small was too big and I wanted an xs but it was not available so I needed to return it. The return was easy and I was refunded all but the shipping cost to send back. This is such a nice boutique that I can shop at online from Florida!”
