KÜHL Park City provides a wonderful and fantastic shopping experience, marked by super friendly, kind, helpful, and fun staff. The employees are awesome, very informative, and know everything about the products, making customers feel great. They are not pushy, take plenty of time engaging with customers, and provide helpful suggestions. The quality of the gear and clothes, which are super cool, sells itself. The store offers a great overall vibe. Staff members are recognized for being amazing, with phenomenal customer service, even remembering returning customers and their preferences. They are great representatives for KÜHL, helping to find specific items like the Prima Flight Vest or Deceptr pants, including placing in-store website orders with fast shipping. They assist in finding correct sizes and show color variations. While the clothing is very comfortable, some older items may have weaker buttons, though newer versions feature an improved system. The store's excellent service ensures customers are happy with their purchases and often plan to return.

If you haven't shopped the Kuhl (Cool) brand yet, you will be very happy with their products. This store offers a nice selection and great way to see some of their more casual, less technical products. Staff was VERY friendly and knowledgeable.
