Hubs and I visited this location twice during our end of February 2024 ski vacation. I immediately fell in love with the “Prima Flight Vest”, but unfortunately my size was sold out. Enter Sam Watson, one of the nicest most helpful retail employees we’ve ever met. Without being pushy, Sam showed me several alternatives, but quickly realized it was the “Prima” I wanted. He helped me place an in store, shipping included, Kühl website order, and I got the very last vest in my size. My order was delivered in record speed at my home in San Diego, CA just a couple of days later. Sam also helped my husband buy a pair of Deceptr pants during our second visit and showed him several color variations. Sam is super friendly, kind, helpful, and very informative. He really knows everything about the products, and made us feel great as customers. Wonderful experience. We’ll be back!

Nina is amazing! Her customer service is phenomenal! I am from Florida and stopped in to buy pants. I had been in several months ago and she remembered me and what I was looking for. She had suggestions for me as well. Fantastic experience!

I was looking for some new hiking pants with more pockets. Sam Watson had the answer, Kuhl Deceptr pants. I bought 2 pair in September 2023. Sam was so helpful finding my size that were not on the sales floor. These pants are so comfortable that I wanted to get another pair in February 2024, and as I walked into the store, Sam recognized me and asked me how I like the pants, I got another pair and a Kommando Hoody. I live in Virginia, but got to Park City several times a year and it is great to have a Kuhl store in Park City and a guy like Sam, who knows his products and is a great representative for Kuhl. I will be back to visit Sam and the Kuhl Store on my next visit in June.

Both times visiting this store have been great. The quality of the gear sells itself, but the friendly staff and overall vibe of the place makes it so much better. The staff took plenty of time engaging with us making sure we were happy with our purchase and even provided tips to new Utahns!

Really love the pants but not so much the buttons,, they are very week and I'm constantly having to rebutting them. I went to the store in Jackson wy. And seen that they have went to a different button system(not a snap button) so I bought a pair,,, sooo much better. Can they replace the buttons on my older pairs?

I struggled to get the correct size. I have been a size 10 for over 50 years and had to return your 10 for a 12, then for a 14, which is a size I've never worn. I persisted because they seemed to be a quality brand. I took them on a trip to Vietnam and was immediately unhappy with them. They became stretched out and baggy. Very uncomfortable in the warm weather and they looked incredibly frumpy. After washing, they were full of wrinkles and would need to be ironed to look decent. I don't expect to have to iron a pair of pants for hiking wear. I was counting on a wash and wear situation while trekking in Northern Vietnam. This is something I could not have discovered until I actually wore them. I had a similar issue with a pair of shorts from LL Bean and they cheerfully took them back and refunded me! This gives me confidence to buy a product from them and know that if I am not satisfied, my money isn't wasted. Go with a more trusted brand! They will not refund your purchase if you are unhappy! The quality is not good!!

Love the brand, horrible retail experience. Stopped in and tried on some shirts and pants. Staff told me not to touch the bins to find my size as “they like the way they keep them”. Got my size, tried on and then went to checkout. Staff at counter just stuffed my gear in a bag with the arms hanging out and handed to us. We later kept “buzzing” going into other retailers and thought was a coincidence. Come to find today when I put on new shirt they didn’t even take the security tag off! I know economy is tight and staffing is hard but for a flagship resort store to have this kind of service is a terrible way to represent the brand.

It is difficult to find a retail Kuhl store. I was in Park City and realized there was one close by. This store is excellent and Sam Watson is an awesome employee. I explained what I was looking for and Sam took the time to show me all comparable selections, in the store and on line. Even when I emerged from the dressing room, he was immediately back to assist. It is very rare to find a store with this level of customer service. Stop by and see Sam, you won't be disappointed....

The Kühl store in Park City has the very best selection of Kühl products and their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Kühl hires cool people.Now I want to talk about Kühl's products. In the early 2000s my husband fell in love with a lightweight and soft wool jacket made by Kühl embroidered with the Snowbird ski resort logo. It immediately became my husband's favorite jacket.In 2006, after a week long hiking trip a family member with good intentions put my husband's jacket (and his down sleeping bag) in the washer and then the dryer. [Insert very sad emoji here.] My husband was super bummed his favorite jacket shrunk. Luckily for me, the jacket was now my size and it became my favorite new jacket. I called the store at the Snowbird resort to see if I could buy a jacket to replace the one my husband bought years earlier. They said they didn't have it anymore but gave me the phone number for Kühl so I called Kühl and explained what happened. While they still made the jacket, they didn't offer the embroidered jacket anymore. Now for 99.99% of companies that would have been the end to the story, but Kühl went above and beyond and embroidered a new jacket for my husband!!!! My husband was absolutely overjoyed to receive a brand new verion of his favorite jacket.We've continued buying Kühl products over the decades and were thrilled to see a Kühl store was opened in Park City. This summer we made our way back to Utah and bought more products from their store. When we got home, I put on my new Kühl overalls and one of the strap buckles broke and I realized it was the first time in over 20 years that something on our many Kühl products broke.I reached out to Kühl and they directed me to fill out a warranty and repair form on their website. They sent me a shipping label so I could return the overalls and a few weeks later, the overalls arrived repaired and in great condition. I love those overalls so much that I wear them way too often but always have a big cheesy grin on my face because they're the best overalls ever! Plus, I get lots of compliments on them too.Kühl makes apparel that LASTS...for decades. They stand behind their product AND their employees are a great reflection of the fantastic brand they represent.Kühl, way to set the standards on how to build a great product, hire smiling empoyees, and create deeply loyal customers!PS - Here's a photo of the Kühl jacket with the embroidered Snowbird ski resort logo after being worn for 15 years. You can see it still looks fantastic. If I aged as well as our beloved Kühl products, I share a more recent photo as the jacket still looks new after 20+ years of use.

My first time in was a great experience! The entire staff was so accommodating, friendly and professional! Everything I bought has been fantastic! I love the fit, and breathable material! I enjoyed wearing my long sleeve hoodie on my hot horse back ride, and never felt hot! Best find ever! Great quality clothing that lives up to weather and washing!
