“Hubs and I visited this location twice during our end of February 2024 ski vacation. I immediately fell in love with the “Prima Flight Vest”, but unfortunately my size was sold out. Enter Sam Watson, one of the nicest most helpful retail employees we’ve ever met. Without being pushy, Sam showed me several alternatives, but quickly realized it was the “Prima” I wanted. He helped me place an in store, shipping included, Kühl website order, and I got the very last vest in my size. My order was delivered in record speed at my home in San Diego, CA just a couple of days later. Sam also helped my husband buy a pair of Deceptr pants during our second visit and showed him several color variations. Sam is super friendly, kind, helpful, and very informative. He really knows everything about the products, and made us feel great as customers. Wonderful experience. We’ll be back!”

This young man went out of his way to help all of us and even opening the door for us to leave with our bags. Being honest, I've never had an employee be so attentive. “Visited the bricks & mortar location of my fave sweatshirt brand while touring Park City recently. A relatively small footprint on Main Street — but still had a good selection of apparel options. The price points are premium as one would expect in this upscale ski resort tourist community. BTW — the visual merchandising was clutter free — looked very nice.”
“This is one of our favorite stores to visit on the main street of Park City. Unfortunately it was closed today when we tried to visit. There are tons of really nice Deer Valley branded items within this store.”
“I was in the area and went in to pick up some things to garden in my greenhouse for the winter. A lot of clothes strung about the store so I took one star off. Maybe they were understaffed and couldn't tidy up after the customers. The staff was thoughtful and friendly. I couldn't say enough good things about them. Found some shirts and jeans that will do the trick for a steal. Great prices here and customer service oriented made my shopping a nice experience a few days ago.”

“I recently went into Brooks Brothers outlet in Park City and was trying to figure out shirt options for my upcoming wedding. I was able to find the right shirt and the store manager, Jose, let me know the sale happening in the store was buy 3 or more and receive 30% off. We figured out all the shirt sizes weren’t available in the store so Jose was kind enough to offer to receive all sizes from the groomsmen and order online. It was a huge relief and so generous of Jose to offer and also include to ship the shirts directly to our home. My experience at Brooks Brothers with Jose was above my expectations. Thank you Jose!”
