Most of the staff should be replaced. However Mike and Audra were shinning stars and made up for the lack of service and professionalism given by everyone else .

While it’s not the fanciest hotel in Park City, it’s in a good location to get just about anywhere for all the different activities travelers come to OC for. The service was great! Audra was a hoot, when checking in… I enjoyed the banter back and forth with her.

The staff was fantastic, especially the catering staff. I was there for a company meeting and the staff were helpful, friendly, and efficient.
