“Bought a pair of 2024 Head Kore 93 when it was low spring inventory. I was referred to Jackson’s and I called them and they had one pair in my size left. Without even asking for a credit card, they held them for me for 24 hours. The manager Stephanie helped me on the phone and in person. She, as were the other employees, courteous and super super friendly. Great place and my new go to ski store. If I had to make a complaint about anything, it would only be that they wouldn’t let me have their adorable house dog?”

“Didn't think ski boots could be pain free! For 15 years I was skiing in a Surefoot boot. Many times I went back in for an adjustment or purchased upgrades, but inevitably left with accepting pain. This year I decided to try Brent at Park City Ski Boot, and that changed my life. He measured my foot, asked extensive questions and observed my foot, stance, and gait. He determined that I pronate, and I have and need a wider toe area. We tried on a variety of boots, and eventually found the right one that suited me, very snug, but giving me the dimensions I needed for my feet. I still have a couple of hot spots to address, but immediately my skiing improved because every turn was pain-free, and was more responsive because he resolved the natural pronation to a neutral stance. I would highly recommend PC Ski Boot. Boot fitters are a small community, and he was well known, and confirmed by my ski instructor as a go-to fitter.”
“Very good sport shop right by the entrance to Park City ski resort. The store caries a pretty diverse range of skiing and snowboard products, clothes, and accessories. The price is on the higher end, but acceptable, especially in case of the last-minute shopping.”

JULIA took great care in ensuring we found the item, packaged it and shipped it to my daughter with a heartfelt note. “A very impressive building with lots of space for families and couples with a full upstairs bar. There’s plenty of options for food as well as a separate counter for bars and snacks. The main food pick up collection is extremely busy with really nice stuff but it just takes forever to get your food and to pay for it it goes real slow I feel a bit of organisation in this part of the Silverlake Lodge would go a long long way The upstairs bar is amazing. It’s quite small but it’s a full service bar is also table service downstairs as well reservations are a definite must if you’re sat downstairs in the general room the view are absolutely amazing and stunning revolted ceilings. It’s a very friendly by atmosphere. Plenty of tables does not take long to grab a table even when it’s busy a few more staff clearing plates, trays and tables would actually go a long long way in improving the amenities. But the outside tables and the views are 2nd to none and I could come back here every day just get a few more stuff on the actual OpenTable floor to clear plates and this will be bust improved I do have to say though on the website it clearly states a discount if you are on Ikon Pass holder however when you get to the checkout of the food the nice checkout ladies apologise to say this is no longer accepted and therefore you are paying full priceto me for a upscale one of the most expensive ski places in the world you would expect the website to be up-to-date”

“My 8 year old son and I had an awesome mountain bike ride with our guide Julie. She started out by getting us comfortable on our bikes and teaching us some basic skills. The bikes were very new and great quality and fit for us. Then we were off for 3 hours of fun biking in Park city. It was challenging and had amazing views! My son wanted to keep going but I was definitely worn out by the end of the tour. Will definitely do this again when back in Park City.”

“I didn’t even buy anything this go around but just wanted to check out the store. They are less than two weeks old. Have a nice selection of rock solid outdoor brands. Cotopaxi, hoka, yeti etc. I’m sure this place will be hopping come ski season.The reason for the 5 stars is that it was clean, looked like a good selection and the employees were nice.”
“Coach Ryan was very friendly and answered my questions. I was looking at running shoes and he answered my questions on the Pegasus and even recommended that I look at the Nike Refurb wall to see if I can snatch a pair of shoes for a good price. I didn't even know this existed!
Additionally, I was looking for running shirts and he was in the area and so I approached him again and asked for recommendations on thicker athletic shirts and he recommended the Nike Track Club shirts and they are exactly what I wanted!

“If you need your skis mounted, if your skis have kissed a few rocks or you need your skis tuned, bring your skis to Podium. Being fully transparent, I have known Jeff for almost 30 years but I don’t trust anyone more than him with my ski tuning/mounting/repairs. He just filled a couple of core shots on my skis recently and you can’t even tell where the fills are. Truly the best!”
“Thank you Andy and team, for the amazing customer service. My skis were accidentally taken after a lunch break by a St. Regis JANS customer. Without hesitation, Andy tracked down the customer and skis, and we were able to swap and return my rental skis before my rental shop closed. Andy even had my skis sent down the funicular to the main ticket area to save me time. Andy and team went above and beyond. I would definitely rent from them next time.
