“I contacted Big O tires in Payson because I discovered there were no bolts in my hood latch. I had come all the way from Washington state. I contacted Big O tires in Payson & spoke with Nico. I explained the issue and asked for help. He said “come on over.” He had the bolts in and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. I will never forget the kindness. It’s good to know there are still businesses with integrity. They made a customer for life.”

“We have taken multiple vehicles here for windshield replacement and also windshield rock repair. Cameron does a great job with the repairs, and Brittney is excellent with customer service/care from the front desk. Their entire team is very friendly and want to make sure their customers are taken care of. It feels like they value creating lasting relationships with customers and not just making a buck off of one job. I definitely recommend this shop!”

“Aaron was excellent. Had a wiring issue and he never gave up on it. He chased it down. If he hadn’t, I would have been at the dealer spending 2.5 times as much money and waiting twice as long to have it repaired. Above and beyond service!!”

“Payson Auto Care is a great spot that I’ve trusted for years. I live 30 minutes away, but I make the trip when I need something fixed on my car. Sean, the owner, is a mechanic I can trust as he has been the mechanic for me and my family for years. He is a great guy and knows his stuff.”

“Phenomenal service. We had a cover come loose under our car on a road trip and we stopped by. He dropped everything to help us and we got on our way in under 10 minutes. We can’t believe how kind he was and he did not take advantage of us when we were a bit desperate for help. There aren’t enough good things to say! Thank you!!”

“Stopped in to get a couple airbags replaced and was brought right up to the door first thing in the morning. When kevin the mechanic showed up for work, he shook my hand as he greeted me and got to work in very short order. The airbags that they needed were not common airbags, and they went above and beyond trying to locate what I needed.. when they got the parts back to the shop, kevin didn't waste any time getting it back together again and getting me out on the road. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend them to anyone needing some work done!”

“I cannot tell you how unbelievably happy and most impressed I am with the quality of work I had done on my (BLACK) Santa fe at Davis detailing. After setting in the hot sun and getting sprayed with santaquin hard water for weeks I took it in to see if somehow they could remove the hard water spots. Let me tell you, my car looks better than it did when I drove it off the lot brand new. They got all the water spots off even off the wheels. The ceramic coating worth every penny. They were quick and achieved it in just a couple days. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend”

“I took my 2016 Ram EcoDiesel in for an oil change today. I purchased the oil & filter myself and asked Tyler if he would do the service for labor cost. He said yes and I am a very happy customer. He and his staff are very polite! I will definitely be going here again. No point in going to "iffy" lube, get your services done local :)”
