“Took my car for an oil change at a different shop and was told my Control Arms were bad and needed to be replaced. Went to a different shop to get another opinion and was told control arms were bad and also needed new struts. Both places wanted over $1500 for these repairs. Finally went to Judds, he looked at it and it turned out to be a loose bolt. Can you imagine my surprise. A loose bolt he charged my $33 and that was it. Everything else was fine. Finally a good and honest mechanic. Thanks again Keith!”

“The entire TEAM at Big O were able to help me get some wheels I purchased dismounted and remounted to my vehicle. They were able to get me in timely. The work was completed quickly and the final outcome was better than expected. My vibration is gone (replaced all wheels and two were bent)
The 2 remaining good wheels would not fit in my car’s trunk, so they offered to store the two good wheels until I can pick up with our truck at a later time.
The crew defined professionalism.
