“Stopped in to get a couple airbags replaced and was brought right up to the door first thing in the morning. When kevin the mechanic showed up for work, he shook my hand as he greeted me and got to work in very short order. The airbags that they needed were not common airbags, and they went above and beyond trying to locate what I needed.. when they got the parts back to the shop, kevin didn't waste any time getting it back together again and getting me out on the road. Very friendly and helpful staff.

“This is the first NAPA store I have ever been too, and boy am I happy I went to this one.
The staff here are fantastic and are real car people who know their stuff. They were able to guide me and offer sound advice to help me replace my rotors and brake pads as a first timer.
Even though the brake pads didnt work out (Ended up being to small) the team here was patient and very understanding of my situation and even helped me get to the bottom of the mystery.
I cannot recommend this location enough not just for its parts, but its people.

“I was on a trip from Cedar City to the airport in Salt Lake. Just before Mona my engine light came on and the car became gutless. My brother was driving and we stopped to see if we could clear the code and go on. That didn’t work, something was definitely wrong.
We made it to the Auozone store and asked the guy if he could help us.
He was very helpful. Answering all my questions without acting like I was an idiot. We got it figured out through about an hour of reading codes and testing things. We ended up buying exactly what was needed and not pressured into getting anything else. All in all I hope if I ever have car problems it is near this store.”

Their entire team is very friendly and want to make sure their customers are taken care of.
