“Last year we printed a banner for our YouTube channel background and were very pleased with the entire service experience: speed, quality, price. We decided to change out our background and give ourselves a couple of options while recording our YouTube videos, so we visited the store once again. The special in-store price was still available, so we ordered two banners. They were printed quickly (in two business days) and on a canvas of higher quality than the paper they used last year. What a pleasant surprise. We are so pleased and excited to have these. Also, it was so convenient having the store in Walmart while we were there doing other shopping as well. We will certainly plan to visit again in the future.”
“Would give 10 stars if I could! I had a large, unwieldy package that I needed to ship out and I was carrying it and my sleeping baby in his car seat. A tall young man jumped to help me as soon as I came in, taking the package and taping the label on for me. I was in and out within 3 minutes. Thank you very much young sir!”

“They remember me from coming in only a couple of times before the customer service is amazing. I was blown away at how busy they were, but they were happy to be there like they love their job… I was a general manager of a stores and fast food for many years, so I know how tough it can get. I was just totally shocked that they actually remembered who I was and the gentleman helping me seeing how upset I got because I was short by a couple dollars is all I was calling everybody I knew trying to find one dollar but that sweetheart told me hey don’t worry about it. I have it covered for you. I was overjoyed and tearful I could not help but cry tears Joy that there was somebody who would do that for me I suffer with MS and sometimes it is debilitating and hard for me to get around so I left the store sobbing..?????but I love UPS. thank you for your service.”
