Went here to pick up some stuff and there was a sign that said they were closed and would reopen @1:50. I waited 25 minutes and they never reopened. Super annoyed!!!

Customer service is pretty inconsistent. My daughter went in to exchange a broken bottle of nail polish (the lid was broken after we brought it home). The employee wouldn’t let her do an exchange without the card. She had the item and receipt. Totally ridiculous to send someone back home for such an easy fix.

Customer service is awful, the girl who helped me was rude af. Also, I had a gift card and because it didn’t cover the full amount of my order I couldn’t use it. Make it make sense.

Had to interrupt staff member on their cell phone to help find something. They then pointed to an isle and still could not find. Left and went somewhere else.

I called to ask about a color being in stock which the girl replied they don’t have. So I asked for about 6 other colors in the line (Schwarzkopf) which he replied “no” to all of them. I was thinking it was weird they would be out of practically every color in the line so I went in: they had about 20 tubes of the original color I needed. The customer service needs to step it up at this store.

This store has the worst customer service ever. If you ask a question they don't ever have an answer. The staff is rude and lazy (at least the 3 working on Dec 18, 2021). The only thing they are good at is when you walk in and they are about to close. They count the minutes for you; heaven forbid they have to stay an extra minute. I miss the days when Lauren worked at this store. She was great, kind, and efficient. If she didn't have answers, she looked for them. Not the group they have working now.

This one is generally more stocked which is great! I’ve had to do a return (my mistake) it went easy. Always clean

Love this store!!! Also FUELRIDER got mad because THEY don’t sell to people who are not licensed professionals. As in Cosmetology,barber, nail tech etc. IF YOU WANT TO SHOP, send in the licensed professional, to get what you need! We are WHOLESALE FOR THE LICENSED PROFESSIONALS!

They literally are closed like every other day. I always am off guard when I pull up and they are closed, which makes it’s really frustrating when I need things for clients.

CosmoProf is for LICENSED PROFESSIONALS only. This is the policy at all locations, not sure why fuel rider went into Cosmoprof knowing he isn’t licensed. There is also a sign on the front that states licensed professionals only.
