I don’t think anyone here could put together the most basic order with the correct items too save their life… it’s kind of sad, but hopefully these kids graduate college because the idea of putting queso or even the right sauce with an order is beyond them.I hate too say it’s not rocket science but I’ve had to get so many refunds from DoorDash because of these types of issues it’s fitting.

Most of the time they do a good job. Better than Cafe Rio.

This location has gone downhill but we keep giving it chances hoping things will change. The pork has gotten spicier and they have been skimping on beans and rice. Service isn’t amazing now, my experience tonight showcases that. Today is the end of its chances. I have always hated guac and make sure to have it held. They covered my salad in a weird way so I didn’t see it. It tasted different and I was trying to figure out why. All the sudden I bit into something mushy and it didn’t taste good. It was guac…I spit it out, cleaned it out of my mouth and then noticed the tingling and swelling in my mouth…let’s add avocado to the list of my food allergies, there’s a reason I don’t like it I guess. My husband is very allergic to avocados already, I’m glad they messed up on mine, we’d be in the ER for him right now if he had gotten it. Hopefully a mega dose of Benadryl will do it for me. I’d maybe had 5 bites and now it’s not edible. Of course they’re closed so I can’t even get a replacement tonight. We’ve noticed the “party” that is regularly happening at this location and it often feels like we are inconveniencing employees by coming in and giving them business. We won’t bother you anymore.

Food was good. Service was way better! Not sure his name, but 20 something with short dreads is always so happy and pleasant. He made my day today just being kind and smiling so much! Give the man a raise!!

Great location, the staff were super helpful, the food was delicious. No complaints. I would much rather go here than the University Place location in Orem.

Dietary restrictions: I am grateful to have a gluten-free option that is so delicious and always so helpful. Thanks, Costa Vida

Used the drive through, which can become quite busy. Food is really good. The portions were reduced awhile ago.

Used to come here on a regular basis but no more went in to have a date night dinner with my spouse and definitely was not an enjoyable experience. The delivery/pick up kitchen staff was singing loudly in the back kitchen which was very overwhelming. We were not even asked if we would like to stay or go they just shoved it all in a bag assuming no one would stay and eat this was at 7:30 at night not 5 minutes before closing. Food quality also has gone down hill serving overdone chicken and very little toppings on my tacos for the increased prices I would be better off at a sit down restaurant for the same prices rather than dealing with disinterested teenagers and loud unprofessional kitchen staff. We will not be back.

I stopped in for a quick lunch. The enchiladas were tasty, and the rice & beans were great, as well. I'll definitely come here again.

Update: Avoid location if you have food allergies. The kitchen is cramped, staff has casual distepect for foodborne illness training. It wasn't dirty, but they were touching hair, faces, and pants then food -- and literally tossing tortillas to each other. I promised I'd give this location a fair shake in-person and did. Minus another star, and good luck.Ordered delivery (via door dash) and specified "Gluten-Free Friendly Corn Tortillas". This is due to an allergy, but Costa Vida elects not to allow special requests or text messages of any kind, so for when the item is unavailable I choose "Cancel my entire order" to signify how important this is.Food came with a giant flour tortilla (allergen, entire meal is contaminated and dangerous to eat), the wrong beans, and toppings I specified not to include. Straight to the garbage. Door Dash gave a partial refund, but probably doesn't even contact the restaurant.First order I don't rate below three stars without gross negligence:-1 star: 3 mistakes in a single order. May have just sent the wrong container, so only -1.-1 star: inedible due to allegens. Pretty egregious, but they didn't know it was due to allergy because such can't be specified or communicated.DoorDash, WTH. Recurring theme everywhere. Some of your competitors have the right idea.I'll make my next order at this location in-person and update the review.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-Free/Friendly for allergy should be ordered in person.

I told them my child has celiacs, and they immediately changed their gloves, made his first, got non contaminated chips from the back. I was so grateful.
