Easy access, clean site, friendly staff. If you forget to lock your unit, they notice pretty quickly with their daily wellness checks.

I’ve had a climate- controlled storage unit with Extra Space Storage for a little over five years - in Pleasant Grove, Utah. I'm just amazed how clean my unit is and how shiny clean the hallways are - and even the outside areas! Bill, the site manager, does an exceptional job keeping everything spotless! Extra Space Storage also tries to keep their monthly rental rates at fair market value - which is well appreciated (since I'm retired and live on a fixed income). Thanks Extra Space Storage and thanks Bill!

The staff was awesome to deal with for move in and move out! Unit was extremely clean and easy to access with a gate protecting the units which I loved!

Super simple to get started. Contactless setup. Well secured place with gated access. I’m using the climate control 5x5 and it’s very clean and don’t have to worry about insects and rodents.
