Great experience. Their technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and very fast. They performed my emissions test quicker than I expected. (I didn't even get a chance to eat all my complimentary fresh popcorn and ice cold bottled water.) I was even able to pay for my vehicle taxes on the spot and get my renewal sticker! Thanks Grease Monkey!

I’ve been to several different grease monkeys in utah for my car’s oil changes and this is by far the best one. I trust them and they are consistently friendly. Added bonus is there bathroom is clean, the waiting area smells nice with plenty of comfy chairs, and they have a tv with a home improvement show on which works for both sexes.

Do not go here. You will be a hassle for them. I own a business and have 5 cars. I’m constantly looking for the best service. Time and time again I have been let down by this location. It’s so close to my house but I will definitely be going elsewhere and I’ll be telling my friends and family the same.

I was a customer, and then I was an employee. The techs there are always friendly, helpful, and professional. I left for a while and came back still as a customer and as an employee. I love the way the place runs very professionally, and if a problem arises, they are quick to resolve the problem and make things right.

The person who serviced my car bought an extremely dirty filter with bugs and filth and told me I needed to buy a new one. I declined and would have my family review the filter. When I got home they pulled the filter and it wasn’t very dirty. It makes me wonder if they even changed my oil.

My brother and I came here to get an oil change, inspection, smog, and registration. The customer service of everyone we encountered was above and beyond! The whole process was much quicker than expected. We just assumed it might be a while so walked to grab a coffee chat a bit and before we knew it, it was already done! :D
When trying to go on the highway for the first time about two weeks later, we encountered an issue with the splash guard under the car, and thought it might have been from the oil change. So we took it back. They were amazing and were concerned upon hearing what happened. They took us right in and looked it over, then even let us go under and see what was going on. He showed us exactly what was needed to access the oil filter and plug and nothing involved the slash guard. What happened with the splash guard was not their fault at all, and being able to see with our own eyes was incredibly helpful!!!
I very much appreciate their transparency, helpfulness, and honesty, and would very much come back here again, or recommend it to anyone needing an oil change, inspection, smog and/or registration :D
