II must be one of the people that this unprofessional Erin, left homeless, or at least not have to waste time, money and hope of having our home, from the beginning I had the impression that Erin did not have the most Minimum interest in helping me, because he asked me for information that should have been verified long before he told me that I did not qualify for a loan, and spent many Saturdays and Sundays looking at houses, until at last we could receive an acceptance of an offer, and we had On 05/29/20 the dead line to not lose earners money, and to be sure that everything would be approved, on Friday 05/22/2020 after 2:00 pm I received a list of almost 15 things that They needed, I thought it was part of the process, I did not understand why there was requested information that had already been provided to Erin and his staff but after spending a whole Sunday reviewing documents, marking, payments and things like that, and today Tuesday, no one contacted me to confirm e all the information sent from Wendy Reynols to Desirae broadhead who sent me the list Friday afternoon to deliver today, and she never returned my call, only a text at 2:43 pm that would call me once she logged on her computer after a few hours Informing my Real State of the matter she contacts them at 6:47 pm on 05/26/2020, informing me that Erin will contact me, 7:40 pm he calls me and starts to ask information of the list that took me all day the previous Sunday, I repeated the information to him, for at the end of the convergence it came out that I could not get approve for the house loan, a convergence that should have been detailed in our first calls, for me understand, he and his staff only work with what they see as a quick profit, and little work, with care less of breaking an illusion to my children and wife, 0 professionalism, bad communication, and it is not trustworthy.

I would not recommend working with Intercap. If you want to get things moving and completed, they are NOT the people to go through. We have jumped through hoop after hoop after hoop to get information, files, documents, etc., to these people and when we were almost near closing time, they emailed us and said “nope can’t do it for you, good luck.” ALL the work and effort as well as locked interest rate, GONE. I would rate below zero stars if I could. I’m shocked they have a 5-star rating. They must be paying people...

Erin worked extremely fast with my wife and me. We needed the work completed in two weeks because of certain urgency and his team was able to get it done to help us get into our home. Erin was very helpful with answering our questions and made sure that there was clear understanding of everything that was taking place.

Erin and his team were highly recommended to me by my realtor. They were very fast and very easy to work with. He was able to match the best offer I found elsewhere, and helped me save money with the best strategy to handle PMI. Once there was a mistake (a price change hadn't filtered through all the paperwork) but when I pointed it out they corrected it immediately. Overall I had no worries they'd come through, and they did.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. Erin is the best loan officer I have ever worked with. He communicated with me openly and honestly to ensure I was getting the best loan for ME. He helped me throughout the process and answered all my questions. His team was just as awesome and they closed my loan quickly and efficiently.
