I just went to McDonald's and I ask for ice cream and then they said they don't have ice cream but they have shakes ice cream is in shakes and this girl kept McDonald's food not even food though for 25 years and if food doesn't mold it I'd not food. And it did not mold after 25 years don't go at all

Genuinely the worst drive thru experience i have ever had. They didn't say hello. They didn't tell me the total. I had to ask how much it was. When they handed me the food "2 large fries 2 burgers and spicy nuggets?" And then slammed the window before i could say anything.

I ordered a frappe and a smoothie with my food, on the ap. The lady at the first window gave me my receipt. The man at the second window said the machine to make the frappe and smoothie was broken. He asked if I wanted a soda instead. I said no. He handed me the food and shut the window. I waited because I wanted to talk to him to make sure I wouldn’t get charged for those. He finally opened the window back and rudely told me I needed to move. It was not busy. I said I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t charged for them since I didn’t get them. He’s like uh yeah they won’t. My credit card says differently, I was still charged. I didn’t have time to run inside and talk to them. I understand not knowing the machine was broken when I ordered on the ap, but that should have been communicated to the person handing me the receipt. Terrible customer service

The mobile app is meant to be fast and convenient. Not with this place I can promise you if you use the app you will get the wrong order. God forbid you order any coffee you’ll wait 30 minutes doesn’t matter how early you ordered it. Every time I have ever gone to this McDonald’s something has been messed up without fail. I order a coffee and a hot chocolate this morning waited 20 minutes after I had to bring my food back because it wasn’t right. Came back to see if they are done I have kids in the car with my baby screaming and it still not being done. After another 10 they come out with the hot chocolate and tell me that they have ran out of milk for my latte so it will be a little longer. I said screw and left it’s absolutely ridiculous.

Got there with our mobile order and they asked if we wanted to add anything then get to the window where I’m told they were out of the shakes we ordered. After that got pulled and when they brought out the smoothies they offered us instead of the shakes told us to have a nice day and had to wait for them to come back out and explain we were still missing our food. After 5 more minutes I sent my husband inside since they had pulled 3 more cars. Eventually got our stuff but he saw a bunch of people order and receive the shake drive they told us they were out of.

The WORST McDonalds anywhere in the world. This is our local McDonalds and it has been this way for years. They refuse to improve. The food is routinely cold. We have never had a complete order. There are always items missing. The workers are always rude. We even had raw hamburger served once. Not sure how they did that but they managed it.Every 5 or 6 months we will be in a hurry and try it again. You could say it is consistent. Unfortunately in the wrong way. Corporate McDonalds needs to step in it is that bad.
