I have solid create, though a significant twist in my application. I was seeking a VA loan, though needed a waiver for 1099 income. He managed to sort through untold lenders to find the right one who would take the waiver. And from there, it was keeping the conversation going with the underwriter, as I had no less than 4 homes fall through, meaning we had to restart the loan application each time. In the end, we closed the loan at a rate lower than most, and moved in last week.
