Really happy with my service here! They took me as a walk-in, were so kind, gave me and amazing pedicure, and were very reasonably priced! Definitely will be going back!

I got a pedicure and my feet were terrible. The girl took her time and massaged my legs for 15 minutes or more. She was very nice and did everything I asked. I love this place! Everyone I have gone to here have been sweet and professional. I agree the man can be rude but the two ladies are great! I would recommend this place over any in the area. I’ve been to a few others and they are way more rude. The one across the street from Taco Amigo?... NO!! They are soo rude! This place is never busy-which is great.

I called last minute and the receptionist was so friendly and helpful to get me in. Alex gave the perfect French manicure and an amazing massage. Tina took special care with my pedicure and did a wonderful massage too. I was in a hurry and they got me in and out quickly. I would recommended this place:)

Best place to go! I will definitely be back. They were very gentle with reforming acrylic nails. Very particular about the shape and ends.
Requested style: Fill. French square with curved corners, as short as can be, so I can type and extend wear. They had to add more acrylic to the thin previous application from another place, and didnt charge me more.
Cleanliness: Sprayed the clippers before cutting any cuticles. Hand washing brushes kept in disinfectant at the sink. Paper towels filled. Clean working towel for each person. I could hear the laundry being done. Clean work space, white new work stations. Clean and dusted room and floors.

I stopped in for the first time on Thursday to get a fill. I normally go somewhere else. However, I had a Dr. appointment nearby and decided to give them a shot. They turned out lumpy. I politely pointed it out and another nail tech came over and fixed it. I left satisfied. By Saturday less than 48 hours later one nail broke and several were chipped. I have been getting my nails done for years and this has never happened. I left work early to make it back tonight before they close at 7. I arrived around 6:15, let the tech know I just needed a fix. He told me to wait, which I was happy to do. Then another nail tech came in and said I need to come back another day because he was supposed to be off at 6pm. There was only one client in the salon, so they were not busy. I explained that I live in Provo and work all the way in SLC so it is very inconvenient to come another day. But she did not care. I will not be returning.

Had a great time with my daughter getting pedicures together at Nail Plus! We were able to get in as walk-ins, and had a good time joking together with the other patrons and the staff members! Will definitely return!
