Everything was neatly stocked and displayed with knowledgeable friendly store workers and great fabric and lots of sewing machines and embroidery tools and thread.

Went in to get my sewing machine looked at. It wasn't working right. They looked at it right then and cleaned it up blowing dust and oiling it and doing a few adjustments. Now it works great! Didn't charge me anything! Great fast work! Now I have a sewing machine that is working great!

Took my machine in for repair today. Emily met me at the door, carried my machine to her table and went to work. She was so quick, personable and knowledgeable.
