“In August 2025, we visited the United States Postal Service in American Fork, Utah. This is a large facility, as it services not only American Fork, but also nearby Highland and Alpine, as these two cities do not have their own Post Office. This facility is clean and well-maintained, and the employees are helpful. We were inquiring about different job opportunities within the United States Postal Service. Whitney, one of the managers, explained to our satisfaction the differences in the various job roles. We had a favorable experience visiting the American Fork Post Office.”

“Cynthia was very kind and professional. I watched her interaction with a previous customer who needed language assistance, and she was patient and understanding. She apologized to me for the wait, though I didn't mind at all. When it was my turn, I was served promptly and was out of there less than a minute later.”
“People, should be greatful to even have mail service. Even when mail, is slow or could be lost. No one is perfect! People, get tired of other people always complaining about someone else with out even knowing what is going on in their lives. Some people expect everything to go their way and don't give a damn about others! The world we all live in is getting busy and it would be nice if people could all be a little kinder and respectable to others.”
“I thought the workers there were nice to work with and they were patient with the many people there. The blonde lady at the front, Ashley was amazing. She was nice to everyone including myself.”
“Big fan of this place. As a home business owner, we ship out dozens of packages a week. I wait in line to get the packages scanned in, instead of just dropping them in the bin. The workers always have a smile and I appreciate the way the keep the line moving.”

“Very helpful and patient. One of the clerks is bi-lingual and I witnessed him help several ESL or non-English speakers in their own language (Spanish) and they seemed very grateful!”
