We love Dr Marshall Willis. He is a fabulous Dr and has great people skills. He knows everything, and we always trust his recommendations. We’d recommend him to everyone but unfortunately he isn’t taking new patients. Check out his son, who also practices with him.

Ive been really manic for the past year and hearing voices, I'm a suicide attempt ************* ex girlfriend cheated on me & made up lies about me to get money from the Barbie ***** My family doctor is Doctor ******************* a lot of the doctors have worked with me on wart removal and such to keep my hands clean with controllers and a the gym. I grateful for PFM. My mom is a registered nurse at the ******************* on the psych unit and she referred me to Doctor ***** after Doctor ****** passed away. I love you Doctor ******* I had court coming up with a few things etc and a follow up with my bipolar, schizophrenia, ocd, *******.. you name it. Basically I have a strong brain! My warts have cleared up. My test results got done super fast & Doctor ******************* has taken such good care of me that Im able to workout at the gym and promote stuff for my professional gaming career & bodybuilding. My back is getting stronger, my mental health has made significant progress and improvements. Doctor ********************** is good about writing notes and listening to my concerns and problems. I was really manic coming into the doctors office and stressed out. Doctor ***** was busy and I worked with urgent care and such a great experience even though its out of the norm for me to talk with other doctors outside of my own. I got my prescription, I got my blood drawn and the whole experience was amazing. The entire place was very clean, peaceful, calm and inviting! This is my first time writing this but ***** really made me feel safe, cared for and not neglected. She gave me clean peaceful violin music to listen too and I instantly calmed down from being worried and frantic. Thankyou So much *****, I love you and PFM. Thankyou Doctor ***** for having such good coworkers and being a lighthouse for me in a really dark place in my life. Im so excited to make a comeback and my Judge ********************* ( 4th district court ) is amazing guy for trusting me to be on the outside during court.

I have been a patient of Premier Family Medical for a long time. They are a great medical office, friendliest staff, and just great experience overall. I highly recommend these great people to take care of you!

I NEVER leave reviews but I wanted to take the time to say that I’ve been at this clinic with different family members 3-4 times since we moved here last August and their clinic is exceptional. All the doctors I’ve seen have gone the extra mile to make a thorough diagnosis and take the time needed for each patient. I will keep returning.

I have been coming here since 1997 and have always felt the care, attention and service with the team are great. They support and encourage, educate and lift. Dr. Hoggard's team has been wonderful, and when he was not available, the other team members have been equally great.

Every time I have gone here it has taken a ridiculously long time to do a quick task. I called in and they told me to come in and grab a test kit which would take 5 minutes. I had to wait over an hour and a half.Another time I got a concussion and came here, and had to wait in the waiting room for over two hours. I’m an understanding guy and I know sometimes things happen but this has happened many times.

Dr. Sean Doyle is excellent. He sees all of our family members, which is extensive. Sometimes getting the appointment is difficult because the current job market makes it impossible to find and hire good employees. That’s not his fault but it is a problem for all businesses right now. We are extremely happy to have Dr. Doyle as our doctor. Unfortunately I understand he is no longer excepting new patients. Isn’t that always the case, those they are great have all the patients their time permits the to see. If you are looking for a good doctor when you find him or her, don’t change because soon they will also no longer be able to except new patients due to time constraints we all have.

Stopped by on my way to Salt Lake City with some chest discomfort and high blood pressure. I told the receptionist that I had United Health Care, she asked me if my insurance is it billing from Utah?? I said I don’t know, I have no idea. my company’s HQ is in California but I live in Texas, and they are everywhere. she said: well, we are going to bill you upfront, it’s our policy.I left …. Can’t trust a place that don’t even take my insurance and check the info.Well!!! Ended up that my insurance is actually billed in Salt Lake City, what kind of health provider is this place?!

This place is an absolute joke. My daughter has had a double ear infection for the past month and a half (we just found out from her pediatrician) and every time we took her in over the past month, they said everything looked normal. It is a miracle that her poor ears didn't rupture on the plane ride that we took a week ago! How in the world are these doctors licensed? They cant even see a basic ear infection? What a joke. Go here if you like coming into an urgent care over and over with the same symptoms and being told that everything looks great!

I’ve been going to Premier Family Medical my entire life (formerly Tri-city medical) and I highly recommend it to anyone. Specifically Dr. Doyle. I have been going to him for 17 years and I have had ZERO bad experiences! My entire family goes to him as well and can only say good things about him & Premier Family Medical.

It's not always fun to see a doctor and you have to take that with stride. When you know and trust the doctor that's what's important. In today's world with so many clinics being nothing more than a "Doc in the Box" it's refreshing to meet with a doctor you actually know and trust, in a facility that is well run.

Excellent. These guys took such amazing care of my child in their after hours urgent care! They talked me through things and were up front about whether we would be able to receive service there or have to go to the ER. They were very considerate, patient, caring and just amazing, even while their ears were being blown off by scared screams. Thank you for all your service and care!

Went through the Urgent Care and saw Dr Willis. My one year old was not well at all. They tested for covid, flu, and RSV; all were negative. Checked his ears; no infection. However, they did not his mouth. Had he checked for his mouth, he would've know pretty clearly he has strep...won't be coming back to this location, we'll stick with Alpine, thanks.

Dr Barkdull is the best! We moved away and struggled to find a doctor that listens and has good advice. When we moved back, we were thrilled to be able to see Barkdull again. Dr Barkdull actually cares about us and our kids, and he always speaks with our kids and asks them questions too, which provides a feeling of balance. My kids are happy when they’re heard.
