Lied to me about having a medication in stock. Said they had plenty and to send my prescription there, so I did. Waited hours for a notification that never came, so I called back to check on the status. Then they told me it was on back order.
So, I was lied to about the prescription and they never had an intention of telling me anything until I called back myself.

Make sure to call and verify your insurance is up to date before any meds are called into here as there may not run your meds through your new primary insurance. I paid up front for mine and had someone else call to ask about this on my behalf since I was not doing well. They were willing to correct the mistake and assist in facilitating a refund. I received an additional personal call apologizing for the mistake and confirming the refund.

Went in to pick up a prescription for my son and was told it would be “a couple minutes”. Waited much longer than that and said I might have to go. Was told one more time it would be “a couple minutes”. Asked them if they needed my insurance and the woman said she had forgotten to ask for it. After getting that to them I went to check out and had another issue and was told it would just be “a couple minutes” for a third time. After being there for 20 minutes and needing to leave, I couldn’t stick around. Be more clear about wait times and be considerate to customer’s time. I could have happily come back if I knew I would be sitting in there for 20 minutes. To spend that amount of time after being told “a couple minutes” was ridiculous and I didn’t even get the medication I needed.
Your response is not accurate.
My insurance was not even asked for. I had to remind them when trying to check out. The insurance did not cause as significant delay as getting the medication to me in the first place. If they would have properly asked for my insurance at the beginning, I maybe would have been able to stick around and wait for it.
My medication was not completely ready when I got there. It took the most time to get that out, the insurance issue would have not been a problem if they would have asked for it in the first place. Just overall poor customer service, not considerate, and kept misleading me to stay longer when I needed to leave.

This is a great pharmacy! Tiny little store attached as well, but it is mostly just a fantastic pharmacy. The are a compounding pharmacy as well.The pharmacists seem to remember me and my medical history which is so important to me.

Everyone has been nice/fine up until this week. They were supposed to have my meds ready a week ago, and this girl was so rude and trying to gas light me about prepayments (when I've been going here for six months now) being the excuse for it not being ready when it was actually that they don't have enough made still. She needs an attitude check for her power complex / the manager needs to make sure the policy is clear for employees if it's actually changed. Life is already frustrating enough, especially for people who need medication for physical ailments, and we shouldn't have to deal with rude people. However, they have fair prices so I hope they fix this customer experience issue so I can continue going to them.

Seriously impressed with this pharmacy. I needed my prescription to be done quickly as I was leaving town and they were very great to work with and worked hard at getting it done quickly for me. Everyone I talked to was kind and understanding and helpful.

They somehow manage to mess up my prescription almost every single time. Typically rude and don't care about your issues either. Pretty insane to me
