This pharmacy is terrible. Both times I have had prescriptions sent to them from the insta care they have taken forever to get them filled. Staff is also rude and not caring.

Man don’t know any everyone’s hating on this pharmacy. These are some of the nicest people ever I love getting my prescriptions filled here.

This pharmacy is a disaster. We had scripts sent from the ER, thank goodness we had paper ones. They told us they didn’t receive them and we would have to wait 40 minutes. During that time, we watched them lose someone else’s prescription, fill the wrong medication for someone else. When they told us our scripts were done we went up there they tried giving us the wrong script told us to step aside made us wait another ten minutes. Then when they finally had it figured out they couldn’t figure out how to run two insurances is together I was so frustrated I just told them I would pay for it and they could try I’ll it and refund me another time because at that time I was there for an hour and ten minutes with a child who was extremely sick and watching a staff not having a clue what they were doing with a pharmacist berating them on top of that.

This pharmacy was so great for my family for 3 years and in the last 4 months it's just fallen apart. They've filled the wrong medication for me and other times can't find my prescription at all when it was sent in (usually turns out they typed my birthday in wrong or were looking for the wrong name for some reason?). There is one superhero pharmacist who got creative to get us the correct amoxicillin suspension during the shortage, but the pharmacy techs are just not great and it's gotten frustrating. I would not recommend anyone use this pharmacy based on our experience the past 4 months.

Smiths is my favorite. The staff is always so friendly and it's small town feel since the store isn't nearly as big as most grocery stores these days. With that being said they may be small but they always have tons of items in stock.

Nice store with lots of fresh options. They have a great produce selection! They offer a lot of organic options, which is what I shop. They have a lot of different varieties of food items as well. The store was cleaned, just pretty dated. It could definitely use a remodel. The staff was helpful.

So, I came here, because on the Smiths app, it said that they had the new Coca-Cola in stock, at this location.... coca cola starlight. I came here, I found out where it was supposed to be at, and there were none... I'm a little bit about that, ... I tried to find any employees to help me out, to check to see if there was any in the back, but the only employee I could find was at the cashier helping the customers. (There was a long line, of people backed up, so I didn't want to waste their time) All in all, I was impressed how clean the store was, even if they didn't have what I was looking for.

I usually get my prescriptions at the Provo Smiths, however, since moving to American Fork, this was closer. I have a serious medication I have to take every day. They wanted to charge me thousands of dollars for it. I get it for free through the manufacturer. They had it in stock before New Years, however, gave it away by Monday when my manufacturer got back into contact with them. I had to call them three times today to get this medication filled. They assured me that it would be there by tomorrow. However, I called later tonight to check on it, and they said I now have to wait until Friday. They are the least competent people I have ever met. Also, this is one of many reviews of 1 star. I do not think this is a good pharmacy. Please get more competent people on your floor. Thank you!

They didn't have the medication, they asked me to come back the next day. I came back two days later, the person who works at the pharmacy arrived very late. When the responsible person arrived, she informed me that the medication had not yet arrived. They asked me to come back later and that is not the first time this has happened!!!

Showed up for a chickenpox vaccine appointment that we scheduled online, where stock was confirmed. I knew it was bad news when the person in front of me was sent away because they didn't have a vaccine in stock, despite their scheduling system saying it was in stock. Same for me, not in stock.Don't schedule online vaccine appointments here as their supply is not accurate online.
