The guy making my sandwich wasn't communicative and clearly wasn't happy to be there. Completely unhelpful and wouldn't answer my questions. Sloppily made sandwich.

I was here at 4pm and they had about 10 total sandwich loaves to choose from. One of mine was light and the other way over cooked... same bread. No bread was proofing or baking.No drive thru line and only 3 of us inside. Only new side option was a cookie stick, no pretzels etc. First person doing meats couldn't understand anyone and was basically whispering. Second person understood but was in no mood to be kind and charged the person in front of me extra for olives! Eaten here so many times but is seriously going downhill!

This location needs to be closed down. The food is meh, the service is horrible & for some reason, they’re always out of cookies. How hard is it to bake some damn cookies? I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve waited in the drive thru & no one answers the speaker. I always end up saying screw this place & go across the street to Purple Turtle…

Ok , I had to come back and change my review, I put an online order , and there was rarely any meat in my Sandwich , its not fair to steal from a customer sandwich because they are not there to witness it .

Went to the drive-through during lunch, pulled up to the microphone, and was told that “there are four customers in the lobby ahead of me, they will be with me in a moment”. A moment passed to five minutes or more, and I don’t appreciate being lower priority just because I’m in the drive-through. They should not be saying that to drive through customers-it’s not right. Ended up driving away and going to Arby’s.

Went in at 8:20 on a FRIDAY to get dinner. The door and website says open until 9. When I walked in they were putting food away and said they were closed. Fix hours posted on door and google, or make sure you are open to actually take orders until 9.

Sandwich was alright, as is to be expected from Subway. But the issue is that this place probably had the most inefficient and confused staff of any Subway I’ve been to.Plus the prices were listed incorrectly on the menu board, so they ended up charging me more than I expected for my food.

The store took an online order including payment. The app indicated the order was ready but when I arrived the store had put all food away well before the advertised and posted closing time. Store would not issue a refund.
