The Worst experience, I went to get 2 lines and when I got my bill they added 4 lines, my bill came the double of the price. I came back to the store and they tried to convince me that it’s good 4 lines and I didn’t accept it. They said the guy who sold me wasn’t there and I had to talk to him. Anyways, now I have this problem to solve.

The employees should pay attention to who comes in first instead of taking anyone that just walks in and walk up to them and helps them first.

Sales associate was rude. It didn't take me long to walk out. I went to a T-Mobile in American Fork and they were much friendlier and more helpful. They said they were corporate and this store isn't. Won't be going back

Rude and incompetent customer service.They lied to me about promotions saying I wasn’t eligible and had to change my plan to get them. Went to another store today that said my plan does qualify for promotions. The PG store wanted me to pay twice as much for a new plan for the promos. Pg will scam you and try to sell the most expensive new 5g plan. Beware. Especially if you have the ONEplan or others that “used to be the best.” It stillis the best. Plus they sold me a bad SIM card so when my phone finally unlocked it still would not work on T-Mobile without me making ANOTHER trip into the store. Do yourself a favor and do everything online. Walking into a store is a waste. Not to mention they charged me $37 for a Sim card when they are free online.

Wow! After visiting two other T-Mobile stores, and being extremely disappointed in their lack of helpfulness, I went out of my way to go to the Pleasant Grove, Utah location. And Scott was absolutely awesome! Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he was also friendly, helpful, personable, and patient! It's getting harder and harder to find those who are willing to go the extra mile these days, but that is exactly how I would describe Scott. He is the manager, and the store shows it. He has my loyalty for life! Thanks so much, Scott! You turned a dreaded experience into a really, really good one!

Best service and sales crew ever! Spent long time in store transferring many pix and videos onto new phone. Crew was so patient and helpful. Highly recommended this store.

I had an issue come up with my phone this morning that was incredibly stressful and Scott the manager was incredibly helpful. He not only solved my problem immediately but took the time to explain the technology principles of what was happening and what to do if it happens again. Leaving the store I not only had my problem solved but I had the education to solve this problem in the future should it arise again.AMAZING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

Terrible customer support. No help whatsoever. They Never have products. T-Mobile requires someone to “authorize” you to do anything on your account if you’re on a family plan. Ridiculous!

Wish I could put no stars. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The only employee that knows what she’s doing is Janella. The manager, Scott, can’t give straight answers and talks down to customers. My husband and I were charged for two phones we turned in for three months despite our disputes lasting the whole three months. Now that we’re done with their service they’re charging a whole other month and the full price of our phones even though we traded in other phones for them. Customer service will tell you to work with the store and the store will tell you to work with customer service. I wouldn’t send anyone here unless I hated them. The whole business will scam you for every penny they can.
