We were looking for a new fridge and washer and dryer and Thrive was amazing! The place was clean and organized and they treated me like a human rather than an inconvenience.
The dryer started giving an error code not long after purchase and they sent a tech out no questions asked. The tech, Elliott Hanson, was great to work with. He dx the problem quickly and gave us a few options. Luckily they had another set of the same at the warehouse and we opted for replacement . Elliott came back out a few days later to replace the unit. He hooked it up and made sure all was good.
I highly recommend Thrive to anyone in need of appliances!

Thrive Appliance has been our go-to for a dryer last year and a dishwasher this month. We did have an issue where there was a broken part and they were quick to get a tech scheduled (with one thing communicated that I didn’t appreciate but glad it was understood).
Our tech, Elliot H., did a fantastic job with looking it over, ordering the part, testing the dishwasher and coming back to install it.

Bought a washer at the Pleasant Grove location and had a great experience. Got a great deal and felt genuinely good vibes from everyone there. They weren't pushy at all either which I appreciated. I will be going there again in the future.

Update: we bought a refrigerator from Thrive, and it's been a nightmare. Thankfully we'd purchased the extended warranty, but the warranty company they use only has one Provider in this area that services scratch and dent, and that Provider is seriously awful. The refrigerator went out twice within 6 months. We had to go buy a new fridge, but are still dealing with the one we bought here and trying to get the warranty company to take care of it. Two of the three appliances we bought here were bad, and that's not a track record I can recommend, especially because trying to save a little by purchasing here has ended up costing us nearly a thousand more than it would have been to buy somewhere else because of warranty deductibles, lost food, etc. Also, the washer mentioned below ended up having to be returned, and the dryer is now broken barely 4 years later. I leave the two stars because they are so nice, but the products...not so much.
We purchased a washer and dryer from Thrive Appliance and had a great experience. They were very helpful, not pushy at all, and helped us find exactly what we wanted within our budget. We purchased the warranty, and we did have a problem with the washer we bought. They had someone out the next day to take a look at it. We've already recommended others to them, and will return for our future appliance needs!

The most random hole in the wall place! When I say hole in the wall, I do not mean that in a bad way. It is literally one of the best hidden gems ever! I was a little nervous to purchase a bump and demt refrigerator. The one we purchased was literally brand new! It had a tiny little Dent in the upper corner that is it. We have had it for close to a month and it has worked perfectly!
