DON'T LET THEM TOUCH YOUR BIKE!!!!!!!!!!
The mechanics at this shop literally will fix what you ask for but will break something else just to have you back in the shop the next day!
I know better than to let them get away with this because I tried trusting them but every time i went in to get something repaired i would take it for a ride in there parking lot and find something else wrong with it and i would confront them about it and they would act like they don't know crap. I always told them to fix what they broke and they did it Well knowing that They broke it and I'm no Dumb Bunny (just because I'm 14 Doesn't mean I don't know my bike.
I would say buy parts from them and either install them yourself or take them to Cb Cycle works To have them repair it (Cb cycle works has only 5 star reviews with over 100 of them.)
Take your bike to a place that will take care of your bike.

This place is very close to me. I commute to work on an electric bicycle. Generally speaking, Timpanogos Cyclery is alright. There is one reason I will never go back.
My last tuneup, I told them I needed new brake pads. I'm a large guy and my e-bike weighs 70lbs. I need to be able to stop fairly quickly, and my brakes at time of tuneup were wearing fast. Yesterday, my brake pads started squeaking.
Today, I went in to Timpanogos Cyclery. I was told that my options were to install the pads myself, or wait until Friday. By Friday, I will have put another 100 miles on the bike. I am not a "bike guy". That is literally what I pay them for.
I will not be returning to Timpanogos Cyclery.
Edit: Days after I replaced the brakes, a deer jumped in front of me. I was going 20mph. If I hadn’t replaced the brakes, I would not have been able to stop in time. Thanks again for nothing, Timpanogos Cyclery!

Incredible selection in comparison to other shops in the valley. I went in and needed a chainring bolt, the service employee stated that they were backed up for work, I simply just needed a bolt and not a full on repair, they found the bolt I needed and installed it for a great price. Great shop with an awesome staff! I highly recommend them for any service or bikes!

This place deserves 6 out of 5 stars. I have been a customer for over 5 years. I have to finally leave a review because they continually impress me with their services and especially their customer service.
I want to specifically call out Pete who is an amazing guy all around. He remembers my name and has helped me fix issues with my bike at no charge if I just bring it by. The guy’s legit, what can I say?
I will continue to be a loyal customer because they’ve earned my trust and loyalty simply by just doing what’s right but also going above and beyond on occasion. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate this so much. Thank you guys!

Awesome. Took my MTB in for a service because I bought mine used. Was curious if it needed servicing on it especially with it being a full suspension bike. A worker there basically walked me through the bike and told me everyone looked great and it was in good shape. Most places will do a “service” no matter if it needs one or not. Honest and informative

Stopped by this shop today and it was fantastic. The guys at the service area were friendly and certainly knowledgeable. A bit of a drive from my place but worth it. I recommend this bike shop.

Super cool guys who really know their stuff! I stopped in yesterday about an issue that had turned into a nightmare at the dealer and brand of the electric mountain bike I bought. My simple issue was non fixable for them. Timpanogos Cyclery fix the issue with no parts in less than 3 minutes! So simple but they know how! Today I rode my fixed bike and had my rear brake pad wear out and start to ruin the rotor. The dealer said the pads were fine. ??♂️ I stopped at Timp on the way home. The new pads were half the price “my dealer” had quoted and Timp had everything I needed in stock. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else!! ???

Came here for some help with finishing touches on a new bike build (specifically front/rear derailleur adjustment) after having a few bad experiences at some another local shop. They told me it would be done same day; it wasn’t. When I came to pick it up they didn’t bring out the spare parts; I had to ask them to go in back and find them. I had put the front derailleur at the max height just to be out of the way; it was never moved (Shimano recommends 1-3mm; it was still at 7mm). The chain rubbed on the inside of the FD in just about every position. Aside from them installing the chain and adjusting the RD I’m not really sure what I paid for. Looks like I’ll keep searching for a competent bike shop; this should have been pretty simple (ended up redoing it myself at home which I wanted to in the first place but was traveling and didn’t have time).

Today I called Timpanogos Cyclery looking for a new kickstand for my Specialized bike. Chris answered the phone, told me the computer showed they had one in stock and even checked in the back room to make sure it was available. When I arrived at the store, Chris and Russ were both extremely helpful, cheerful and very competent. I haven't had this type of customer service in over a decade. Shout out to Chris and Russ for a job well done.

I went in here looking for some accessories. There’s obviously several people working here, but not a single person says hello. Not even on my way out, as they stand 15 feet away. Super unfriendly vibe. I asked for an item, they pointed to an area and said it might be over there. I asked if they could show me where it was, and they said if you don’t see it we don’t have it. Just super unhelpful, and not very friendly. Why?…

I took two older bikes in to get a tune-up. I paid for the Elite Tune- up for both but did not receive elite service. The tune-up includes cleaning and lubrification of the drive chain but when I picked up the bikes, their drive chains were fifthly and dry (See Pictures). In addition, they broke the front shock locking lever on one of the bikes and did not say anything about it. When I confronted them about it, they said that they could not help and that I should look for the part myself online. I will never take my bikes here again. Thomas Baldwin is the employee that did my service.
