“I brought my truck to wrenches. Because of a problem I was having with a brand new throttlebody that I installed. I was having trouble linking the two together. They were able to diagnose the problem within seconds spent about 45 minutes fixing it got it connected be at their computer OBD2 diagnostic machine. Give me a call and only charge me the minimal fee for the work done. Any other place would’ve charged me an arm or leg. “Back and Running Like New
As our Lexus was towed away. We had the usual and painful fear that our car might be DOA in spite of our attempts to provide all the TLC it could possibly need. To our surprise and delight, Canyon contacted us later that day indicating that the cause for our problems was the "small battery" meaning the regular 12 Volt Battery versus the large battery pack used by our hybrid. We were so elated and to add to our relief we found that Canyon's prices were very reasonable. Add to that the invitation to come and pick up our car and they would contact us later for payment...a huge element of trust, something often missed in society today. We could not be more pleased with Canyon's service, pricing and honesty. Thanks guys.

Sam told me that he would take care of my car as if it were his own and he did exactly that. He swapped the exhaust on the car, which is a big project, and he did it perfectly. His attention to detail was fantastic.

“I have gone here a couple of times now and they are Amazing. I was recommended by multiple people and am so glad I listened.
I knew what was broke and needed to be repaired. They didn't try to sell me and tell me anything that I didn't need. With the new parts needed I actually had to request and tell them I wanted premium parts, they didn't try to push or try to get me to buy the premium parts.
Terrific service and definitely a honest company, I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of.
I will return for any future repairs from brakes to oil changes to just normal wear and tear on my vehicle.”
“Mitch once spent 45 minutes on the phone with me answering my questions about the specific repairs my car needed and the cost for each and made recommendations for which ones were necessary for safety and which could wait (I was on a student budget). That level of personable care is a rarity in autoshops and there's a reason I stayed with him the whole time I was living in the area. I've recommended multiple friends to him who also say he provides the best car service they've ever had and at the best prices.”

“Valley transmission was the first place that could give me insight into my hybrid vehicle's transmission. Having a test drive before doing any work to just get an idea of what's going on saved me so much time and money that other places were going to charge me. I definitely trust my vehicles are in knowledgeable hands at Valley's. I didn't have work done on our hybrid but it didn't need it. Again the insights of what was going on in my vehicle was super helpful so I could make a more informed decision. And I will return to valley for transmission help as needed in the future.”
“Got new tires on my car first thing in the morning. Unusual/uneven wear brought about a recommendation for alignment. I had read a recent Facebook thread in which Ricky's name was mentioned half a dozen times as "THE" mechanic to use. Driving away from the tire shop I called Ricky and explained the situation and asked if there was any way he could work me in since I had the day off. Ricky said, "Come over right now and I'll squeeze you in". I was so grateful I wouldn't have to take another day off work. Ricky was so genuine, honest, quoted a more-than-fair price and promised to get me out and back on the road, which he did. Best mechanical services and best customer service. I've already referred a friend to Ricky! 10/10 recommend!!”

“I tried to open a Toyota Camry and the key snapped in half! Willy's was able to come the same day I asked and replace the key, and it only cost $85, which was pretty good. (It would have been more if they had to unlock the car, but luckily the fob still worked). They even drove out to my home in Provo free of charge to do the job. Very quality and fast service, highly recommend!”

“I rarely write reviews. So I want to assure everyone who reads the many positive reviews of Dennis and the BOSS Automotive team that they are indeed accurate. We had what we believed to be a major issue with our vehicle- as diagnosed by a local dealer, who immediately offered us a lowball price to trade it in for a new vehicle I was skeptical, so I dropped in at BOSS, with no appointment, for a second opinion. Not only did Dennis greet me in the parking lot, he gladly inspected our SUV and diagnosed that there was no issue- no codes showed up. However, he did notice that the dealer let us drive off their lot with NO coolant, so Dennis filled us up with coolant at no charge, and wouldn't accept payment for helping us out. He was very knowledgeable about our engine, warranties, and future considerations for our SUV. Needless to say, we'll be visiting BOSS again for any service needs, and recommend you do the same.”
