I’ve been going out of my way to come to this location! Today a worker (didn’t catch his name, had a wrist brace) was so friendly in asking about my day and chatting with me like an old friend. Made a stressful morning a lot brighter. Grateful to him! PG location all the way.

Just had such great service at the UPS store in Pleasant Grove. We were greeted by Keagan, Prince expertly bound our order, and Jay checked us out promptly. The whole staff is friendly and customer-oriented. Good job, all!

I game in yesterday afternoon to ship out about 4 package’s to Canada. As soon as I told her they were going international and I needed help she informed me that she can no longer help me because the shipments would take too long because the store closed in half an hour. This is the second time I’ve left a review about this employee and it seems the business just took the review down instead of fixing the attitude problem. If you want to actually get customer service drive two different store there’s plenty in the area.

This place is usually pretty busy, but they almost always get through any lines pretty quickly and I’ve always received friendly service. I’m typically there to make copies and/or have things spiral bound. Sometimes the copies don’t turn out right because of different settings left on the machine from a previous customer (or my own mistake). I’ve had to quickly stop the project and start over when that happens, leaving me with some errant copies which they’ve been very kind to not charge me for. I was also offered a coupon discount in exchange for writing this review.
