Very helpful and patient. One of the clerks is bi-lingual and I witnessed him help several ESL or non-English speakers in their own language (Spanish) and they seemed very grateful!

We have the same house number as a house a few blocks away. Other then the house number the address is completely different. For the past few years that the house has been built there has been switches between delivery drivers that drop our mail off. THEY ARE STRAIGHT UP LAZY. There are times that we have good drivers that pay attention and do their job and others that are just pure lazy and just drop off whatever mail. It's now getting to the point that the other house number is opening my packages. which yes is illegal. They will open it and then put wrong address and have the driver redeliver it. This is ridiculous. they need to pay attention to what they are doing and the full address when dropping the mail off. It's not that hard to see the difference but all they are paying attention to is the house number. Do better.

I’ve had so many pleasant experiences with this post office. The most recent deserves a callout because I had a package flagged to return to sender due to an address issue, and Christina saved me the trouble by finding my package and pulling it aside to pick up in person. Thank you, Christina!

The reviews say it all. I watched a woman baseball throw my large package into the bin from 10 feet away. How is this acceptable? If you don’t want to work here get a different job.

I don't recall the name of the gentleman that assisted me today, but I think it was Troy clerk 2. He was super helpful, explained my options. 10 out of 10. Always coming to this one and avoiding the one in Orem.

No wait time for me on this visit. I only spent a few minutes in the location but Glenda was so friendly and pleasant that I felt the need to leave my review! Good people are hard to find

Last week I came to the Pleasant Grove PO to do business for work and the dark man that works at the counter treated me like I was a pre-schooler. He was very rude and belittled me. Then today I called for a quick question 4 minutes before they closed and they hung up on me. I tried to call back and they put their closed VM on. I’m not happy with their service right now.

The workers can be good but not providing packing tape is so inconvenient especially for small things. I was trying to return a package that needed to be returned in the original packaging. Well when I got the package, it had a tear in the bag and they could not provide the smallest piece of tape to patch the tear. I didn’t know 2 inches of tape was so expensive that I now have to go get my own tape to use 2 inches of.

Last week, I filed a report about my missing packages. They sent me an email regarding it that they will contact me to resolve the issue. After 1 week of waiting, they did not contact me or resolve the issue regarding my missing package. This is the 3rd time that they messed up with my package delivery. They always put it in the wrong mailbox. I'm so tired of them doing it.

I just had a phenomenal experience here. The employees helped me find the most affordable options for me and helped me assemble my package in between helping other customers. They were so nice and positive about it, which I appreciated because I felt like a real dummy. I believe their names were Glenda and Paul! Thank you so much!
