Incompetent carriers. Our old carrier retired after around 15 years on our route. She made perhaps a handful of mistakes in that time. The new carriers are ridiculously stupid. They make mistakes every day. We've had at least 20 incorrect deliveries to our house. Reading numbers on a label shouldn't be this hard, but it looks like they're hiring idiots.

Most rude people ever woks in here! Please hire people that wants to work with people!If they don’t want to their job they need stay home! I ask in a very nice way what do I need to do to send a package! A guy that doesn’t look American was very rude, I went back for a second time and was even worse! I had to leave the place with my package because he was not nice and he couldn’t explain to me what I need to do! I told him he sacks and I left! We don’t deserve to be treated like that! Please train your people to be nice to customers! And this not the first time it happens! Look your reviews are so poor!

Honestly depends on who the clerk is. I sell on ebay so I'm in there enough. I package the same and what not. But for some reason every freaking time!! The dude with I think Hispanic or Latin background. I'm not sure but has an accent clerk #14 that dude. Gives me grief every time about my package!! The others not a word just good service. But screw that other guy!!! Because of him I'll use a different post office in another city.

I called with a very simple question about a missing package. Someone named Randy answered and he was surprisingly hostile and defensive about my question. Very unprofessional for a government employee.

The Asian lady who worked there was toxic and very unhelpful..luckily I came back and another old lady was very nice and polite..If you take up a government job leave your biases and your prejudice at home.

I visit this post office several times a month. I try to stop by during their slower times so there is a short wait if any. And yes there have been times there was a line. The employees are incredibly kind and helpful. I've never had a problem or been treated badly or rude. Yes, they may be busy at times but a little patience on our part goes a long way.

I never have issues anywhere so I usually write very nice reviews but I have had multiple times coming here where the attendants and supervisors have been extremely rude to patrons. Maybe they are unsatisfied with their jobs but it seems like they take it out on the customers.

Did you know this place has a letter drop-off that is open 24/7? Just think about how incredible that is. It could be in the middle of a zombie apocalypse, with "impending doom" spelled out in the sky, and all you'd have to do is drive up to it and drop your letter in the box and the trusty United States Postal Service will get your letter delivered, provided it has enough stamps. Amazing.

Oh me oh my, what a wandaful experience. I went here thinking that it would be drab and dreary atmosphere. I was pleasantly dissapointed. The people here was too legit to quit and helped me with all mt mailing needs. Would send a package again

Been here a couple times. The most recent time I worked with Glenda at the front desk and she was such a delight. While she wasn't able to tell me what I wanted to hear, she did tell me my options and I could still tell she cared and she left me with a big smile on my face. Also I was in and out in five minutes. Perfect experience!
