Went in to drop off my phone after making a switch and waited 40 minutes, after telling them I just needed to drop it off. They said they would need to "process things" and finally once they wrapped up with the other customers he just wrote down my number and said he would reach out if there were any issues... why didn't he just do that to start? Could have saved 40 minutes...and the BO in the store was pretty gnarly...

There were 2 people working and helping other customers. But I still didn't have to wait long. Harley is good dude. Really took care of me and cool to work with

Poor service. We canceled our order and went to the Apple Store instead. It was a huge waste of time. The representative said just because they sell it online for 1 hour pick up that doesn't mean they have it in stock. What?!?!? Find better prices and service and Best Buy or the Apple store.

We were thrilled with our experience today at the PG Verizon store. After experiencing an incredibly frustrating time with an employee as well as the manager at the Lehi store, we were so grateful for the staff at the PG store. What a difference! Harley was helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive - even with multiple customers in store. We will be back!

Honestly Harley makes this entire store go round. Patient, clear, and he made sure every customer in the store knew how long they’d be waiting and that he would help them as soon as he could. He was great to work with.

Upgraded from iPhone 10 to iPhone 14. I forget his name but the manager with the big beard was very helpful when he helped me order it in the store. Harley, was who I worked with the most once the phone shipped in. He was very patient, helpful, friendly and a good worker. He went the extra mile when he helped me get squared away for a refund when I returned some of the accessories. Was also happy to explain a lot of their accessories to me or how the refunds work. I'll be sure to return to this location when I need to upgrade again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with any phone provider. I called the Verizon call center and they made me a scheduled appointment for 3 p.m. I came at 3 and there was only one employee. I waited there till 4 and finally decided to leave. Before me was two other families and it took a hour for the worker to finish with one family and I decided to go up the road to a different store which had much better service and speed. The store in Orem had 5 workers and helped me right as I walked in. Wish I wouldn’t have wasted a hour of my day sitting at the slowest store ever in pleasant grove. I don’t believe this was the employees fault but the managers. Whoever is managing that store needs to get more people to work at a time instead of one person especially on a Saturday! Horrible horrible horrible. They about lost me as a customer.

We use this store for all our Verizon nerds. The manager(Shawn) at this store is very pleasant helpful &the person we go to. The other employees are also very good, they have been trained well. With all the Verizon stores in Utah County this is the best one. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was blown away at the service today. Harley was the only one working the store and he had 3 customers there and he was helping everyone. He had the best attitude and wasn’t in the least bit stressed out. He handled everything like a pro. It took about an hour to upgrade my phone, Paperwork and all. He was amazing!! Thank you Harley for the great experience today. I have never had such good service like that at Verizon! You’re a ROCKSTAR!

I was locked out of my phone, lost every thing. Bought a new one and Harley at the Verizon store was the most helpful person I think I have ever encountered. He spent a lot of time with me getting back up and running.All things considered he made it a great experience.
